Yak\u0131n tarihte Muhammed Ubeydullah el-Es\u2019ad\u00ee taraf\u0131ndan kaleme al\u0131nan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=6WZdecnOg6M&amp;list=PL5R-Mjms2tlng8IKwA-abG1fA2ph40vDi&amp;index=43&amp;ab_channel=DarulHikme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>el-M\u00fbcez f\u00ee us\u00fbli\u2019l-f\u0131kh<\/em><\/a> adl\u0131 kitapta s\u00fcnnet, Hz. Peygamber\u2019den (sav) sabit olan s\u00f6z, fiil ve takrir olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00fcnnet\u2019in b\u00f6ylesi bir tarifi, hadis ile e\u015f anlaml\u0131 oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/akaid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Akaid<\/a> ve <a title=\"Kelam \u0130lmi Nedir?\" href=\"https:\/\/www.emedrese.com.tr\/blog\/kelam-ilmi-nedir\/\">Kelam<\/a> ilminde S\u00fcnnet, daha \u00e7ok bidat f\u0131rkalar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki orta yolu takip eden \u00e7o\u011funluk M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplulu\u011funu ifade eder. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan s\u00f6z konusu ilimlerde daha \u00e7ok <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/ehl-i-sunnet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ehl-i S\u00fcnnet<\/a> kavram\u0131na rastlamaktay\u0131z. Buradaki anlam\u0131 ile s\u00fcnnet, hadisten farkl\u0131 bir anlama gelmektedir. \u015eimdi ise her iki kavram\u0131n birbirlerinin yerine kullan\u0131l\u0131p kullan\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131na bakal\u0131m:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130slam tarihinde <em>\u2018Her hadis s\u00fcnnet midir?<\/em>\u2019 \u015feklinde bir tart\u0131\u015fma var. Bu tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n arka plan\u0131nda yer alan husus \u015fudur: Biz her hadise s\u00fcnnet dedi\u011fimiz zaman, o hadise bir ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k atfetmi\u015f oluyoruz. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan hadis olarak gelen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bilgi ile amel etmemiz <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/vacip--fikih\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vacip<\/a> olur. Ancak her hadise s\u00fcnnet demedi\u011fimiz takdirde, ula\u015fabildi\u011fimiz her hadis i\u00e7in de\u011fil; baz\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k atfetmi\u015f oluruz. Bu konuya baz\u0131 hadisleri \u00f6rnek g\u00f6stererek a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hz. Peygamber\u2019i, veda hacc\u0131ndan d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u0131rada Ebtah denilen bir yerde konaklarken g\u00f6ren \u0130bn \u00d6mer, O\u2019nun bu hareketini \u015fer\u00ee bir <a title=\"H\u00fck\u00fcm Nedir?\" href=\"https:\/\/www.emedrese.com.tr\/blog\/hukum-nedir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">h\u00fck\u00fcm<\/a> anlam\u0131nda s\u00fcnnet olarak yorumlam\u0131\u015f ve hac d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc s\u0131ras\u0131nda bu b\u00f6lgede konaklamay\u0131 dini bir g\u00f6rev saym\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130bn \u00d6mer\u2019in bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ren Hz. \u00c2i\u015fe ile \u0130bn Abbas, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in bu tavr\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcnnet olarak yorumlamamaktad\u0131r. Hz. Peygamber\u2019in bir be\u015fer olarak orada dinlenmek maksad\u0131yla konaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmektedirler. (Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, \u201cHac\u201d, 147.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>Bir ba\u015fka \u00f6rnek ise hurma a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 meselesidir. <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/medine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Medine<\/a>\u2019de insanlar, hurma a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015f\u0131larlarken bu durumu g\u00f6ren Hz. Peygamber, hurma a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n a\u015f\u0131lanmamas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye etmi\u015ftir. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Yukar\u0131da verdi\u011fimiz \u00f6rnek gibi burada da insanlar, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in bu s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc bir <a title=\"Emir Sigas\u0131\" href=\"https:\/\/www.emedrese.com.tr\/blog\/emir-sigasi\/\">emir<\/a> olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp uygulam\u0131\u015flar ve neticede a\u011fa\u00e7lardan verim alamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131na varm\u0131\u015flar. Durumu Hz. Peygamber\u2019e ilettiklerinde de <em>\u201cSiz d\u00fcnya i\u015flerini daha iyi bilirsiniz.\u201d<\/em> \u015feklinde bir yan\u0131tla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hz. Peygamber\u2019in bu s\u00f6z\u00fcnden \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sonu\u00e7 ise her hadisin dini bir sorumluluk gerektirmemesidir. Ancak \u015funu da belirtelim ki, her hadis dini zorunluluk gerektirmezken baz\u0131 hadisler farz\/vacib anlam\u0131nda ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ifade eder, baz\u0131 hadisler farz\/vacib derecesinin bir alt\u0131nda olan s\u00fcnnet derecesinde ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ifade eder. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Hz.
