Muhaddis \u0130bn Hacer el-Askalani \u201cimamlardan bir\u00e7o\u011fu bu hadisin asl\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 zannederler. Oysaki\u2026\u201d der ve Hattabi\u2019nin hadis hakk\u0131ndaki yorumlar\u0131n\u0131 serdeder.&nbsp;(Sehavi, el-Mekas\u0131d\u00fc\u2019l-Hasene, 47)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zerke\u015fi, bu s\u00f6z\u00fc Nasr el- Makdisi\u2019nin Kitabu\u2019l-Hucce\u2019sine, Haf\u0131z Iraki de \u00c2dem bin Ebi \u0130yas\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u00fc\u2019l-\u0130lmi ve\u2019l-Hikem\u2019ine yaslar. Ve M\u00fcrsel\u2019dir, Zay\u0131f\u2019t\u0131r der. Ayriyeten Haf\u0131z Iraki \u0130hya\u2019n\u0131n tahricinde bu hadise takviye bab\u0131ndan, Beyhaki\u2019nin bu hadisi&nbsp;<strong>\u0644\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u0631\u064e\u062d\u0652\u0645\u064e\u0629\u064c \u0627\u0650\u062e\u0652\u062a\u0650 \u0641\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064f \u0623\u064e\u0635\u0652\u062d\u064e\u0627\u0628\u0650\u064a<\/strong>&nbsp;Ashab\u0131m\u0131n ihtilaf\u0131 sizin i\u00e7in ra \u2013 mettir\u201d laf\u0131zlar\u0131yla Risalet\u00fc\u2019l- E\u015fariyye\u2019sinde Talik olarak, el-Medhal\u2019inde ise \u0130bn Abbas\u2019tan m\u00fcsned olarak zikretti\u011fini ve kendisi de hadisin senedinin zay\u0131f oldu\u011funu belirtir. Hadis \u0130bn Abbas\u2019dan merfu olarak bu laf\u0131zlarla M\u00fcsned\u00fc Firdevs\u2019de de mervidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iraki gibi hadislerin sened ve metinlerini kritize eden muhaddis birinin, bu hadis \u00fczerine zay\u0131f demekten \u00f6te, olumsuz kelam etmemesi, \u00fcstelik zay\u0131f da olsa l\u00e2fzen benzer bir rivayet getirmi\u015f olmas\u0131, bu hadisin manen oldu\u011fu gibi l\u00e2fzen de takviyelerinin var oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong><em>Hattabi\u2019nin hadisin manas\u0131n\u0131 takviyeye dair g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc:<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130mam Sehavi Muhaddis \u0130bn Hacer\u2019den \u015funu nakleder: \u201cHocam\u0131n el yaz\u0131s\u0131ndan \u015f\u00f6yle bir \u015fey okudum: Bu dillerde yayg\u0131nl\u0131k bulmu\u015f bir hadistir. \u0130bn\u00fc\u2019l-Hacib el-Muhtasar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n k\u0131yas b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde buna yer verir. \u0130mamlardan bir\u00e7o\u011fu bu hadisin asl\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 zannederler. Fakat Hatt\u00e2bi, Garibu\u2019l-Hadis\u2019inde bunu a\u00e7\u0131klar ve der ki: Bu hadisi iki ki\u015fi ele\u015ftirir. Bunlardan biri ars\u0131z, di\u011feri de m\u00fclhittir ki, bunlar: \u0130shak el-Mevs\u0131li ile Amr bin el-Bahr el- Cah\u0131z\u2019d\u0131r. Bu ikisi, e\u011fer ihtilaf rahmet olsayd\u0131, ittifak azap oluverirdi derler. Sonra Hattabi bu s\u00f6z\u00fc (a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da nakledece\u011fim \u00fczere) ele\u015ftirir. Bu s\u00f6zlerden \u0130bn Hacer kaynak olabilecek bir \u015feyler kaydeder.&nbsp;(Sehavi, a.g.e, 47)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hattabi hadisin manas\u0131na yap\u0131lan ele\u015ftiriyi cevaplarken dindeki ihtilaf\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 k\u0131s\u0131m oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yler: Bunlardan birincisinin Allah\u2019\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve birli\u011fini ispat konusu oldu\u011funu, bunu ink\u00e2r edenin k\u00fcfre girece\u011fini, ikincinin Allah\u2019\u0131n s\u0131fatlar\u0131 ve me\u015fieti konusu oldu\u011funu, bunlar\u0131 ink\u00e2r edenin de bidat\u00e7\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131; \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn ise dinde furu\u2019 meseleler oldu\u011funu, bunlar\u0131n da vecihlerinin bulundu\u011funu, bundaki ihtilaf\u0131n ise hadisteki ihtilaf oldu\u011funu beyan eder.&nbsp;(Acluni, Ke\u015ff\u00fc\u2019l-Hafa, 1\/76)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sahih M\u00fcslim \u015ferhinde \u0130mam Nevevi\u2019nin de bu hadisin manas\u0131n\u0131 takviyeye dair kelam\u0131 vard\u0131r.&nbsp;(Nevevi, Sahihi M\u00fcslim bi \u015eerhi\u2019nNevevi, 11\/91)&nbsp;Acluni\u2019de Ke\u015ff\u00fc\u2019l-Hafa\u2019s\u0131nda uleman\u0131n bu hadisin manas\u0131n\u0131 takviyeye dair s\u00f6zleri sebebiyle bu s\u00f6z\u00fcn \u015fahitlerini getirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan geri durmaz.&nbsp;(Acluni, a.g.e, 1\/76)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u201c\u00fcmmetin ihtilaf\u0131n\u0131n rahmet olu\u015fu\u201d nun do\u011frulu\u011fu \u201cbu, akideviusuli konularda de\u011fil de furui meselelerdeki ihtilaft\u0131r\u201d yorumuyla yerini bulmu\u015ftur. Bu t\u00fcr ihtilaf rahmettir, yoksa di\u011ferleri de\u011fil. \u0130slam i\u00e7in muhtelif mezheplerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ya da sahabenin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ancak bu \u015fekilde do\u011fru bir izah\u0131n\u0131 yapabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>Hadisin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer kitaplar ve \u0130mam Subki\u2019nin m\u00fclahazas\u0131:<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00f6z ayr\u0131ca usulu f\u0131k\u0131h kitaplar\u0131ndan \u0130bn Hacib\u2019in el-Muhtasar\u2019\u0131nda, Sem\u2019ani\u2019nin Kavat\u0131\u00fc\u2019l-Edille\u2019sinde, Zerke\u015fi\u2019nin el-Bahru\u2019l Muhit\u2019inde, Subki\u2019nin el-\u0130bhac fi \u015eerhi\u2019l-Minhac\u2019\u0131nda ve hadis kitaplar\u0131ndan Deylemi, Beyhaki ve Taberani\u2019nin eserlerinde bulunur. Bir hadisin ittifakla bu kitaplarda bulunmas\u0131, hadisin s\u0131hhatini ispat etmese de bir asl\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na delil say\u0131labilir. Nitekim usulu f\u0131k\u0131h ulemas\u0131n\u0131n bu denli kabul g\u00f6sterdikleri bu hadisin zay\u0131f, m\u00fcrsel de olsa bir senedi ve asl\u0131 vard\u0131r. Lafz\u0131n\u0131 ve manas\u0131n\u0131 takviye eden ba\u015fka hadisler de vard\u0131r. \u00dcstelik S\u00fcbki \u201cbu hadisin bir asl\u0131 olmasayd\u0131, Beyhaki bunu zikretmezdi\u201d der. Z\u00fcrkani Muvatta \u015ferhinde&nbsp;(4\/91)&nbsp;Suyuti\u2019den \u015funlar\u0131 nakleder: \u201cBelki de bu hadis bize ula\u015fmayan kitaplarda nakledildi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck imamlardan bir\u00e7oklar\u0131 bu hadisi kaynak olarak kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong><em>Hulasa:&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>Hadis zay\u0131ft\u0131r, fakat l\u00e2fzen ve manen hadisi takviye eden \u015fahidleri mevcuttur.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Hadis hakk\u0131nda \u00fcmmetin muhaddis ve fakihlerinden Beyhaki, Nevevi, Subki, Iraki, Zerke\u015fi, \u0130bn Hacer, Sehavi, Suyuti ve Acluni\u2019nin ifadelerini hi\u00e7e sayarak \u201crecmen bi\u2019l \u011fayb<strong>&nbsp;\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u0644\u0647\u064f \u0623\u0635\u0652\u0644\u064e \u0645\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0636\u064f\u0648\u0639<\/strong>&nbsp;mevzudur\/ as\u0131ls\u0131zd\u0131r\u201dgibi ifadelerde bulunmak, had bilmezlikten \u00f6te bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Enes yoluyla merfu olarak geldi\u011fini, hadisi \u0130bn Mace\u2019nin rivayet etti\u011fini ve senedinde Kezzab\/yalanc\u0131 ravi bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6yler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Senedin sahabe ravisinin Malik el-E\u015fari oldu\u011funu ve Ebu Davud ile Taber\u00e2ni\u2019nin rivayet etti\u011fini kaydeder. Ayr\u0131ca Senedin ta\u2019n edilmedi\u011fini s\u00f6yler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Tarikin ravisi Ebu Zer\u2019dir. Ahmet bin Hanbel rivayet etmi\u015ftir ve senedindeki bir ravi v\u00e2hin\u2019dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. \u2018s\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130bn \u00d6mer nakleder ve Tirmizi S\u00fcnen kitab\u0131nda hadisi rivayet ettikten sonra hasen-\u011farip\u2019tir der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.\u2019sinin sahabe ravisi Ebu Bekir el\u011eifari\u2019dir. Taberani\u2019nin M. Kebir\u2019inde mevcuttur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Sened \u0130bn Abbas\u2019dan gelir ve Beyhaki Medhalinde bu rivayet \u00fczerine \u201c Bu hadisin Hz. Enes, \u0130bn \u00d6mer ve Ebu Malik elE\u015fari\u2019den \u015fahitleri vard\u0131r\u201d der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Sened Ebu Mesud el-Ensari\u2019dendir. H\u00e2kim Nisaburi el-M\u00fcstedrek\u2019inde bunu rivayet etmesinin akabinde \u201c bu M\u00fcslim\u2019in \u015fart\u0131na g\u00f6re sahihtir\u201d der. Son olarak ta \u201ctek bir senedin sahih oldu\u011funu yine H\u00e2kim Nisaburi s\u00f6yler ki, bu da 8. rivayettir.&nbsp;(Siracuddin \u0130bn\u00fc\u2019l M\u00fclakkin, Tezkirat\u00fc\u2019l Muhtac ila Ehadisi\u2019l Minhac, 51. Nitekim ayn\u0131 minvalde Tuhfet\u00fc\u2019l Ahvezi sahibi de hadisin icmaya delil olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, zay\u0131f olsa da \u015fahidlerinin bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6yler.&nbsp;(Tuhfet\u00fc\u2019l Ahvezi, Bab\u00fc L\u00fcz\u00fcmi\u2019l Cemaa)&nbsp;Yukar\u0131da belirtildi ki, zaten \u0130mam Tirmizi bu hadise hasen-\u011farip der. Ayr\u0131ca H\u00e2kim Nisaburi ise hadisin tariklerinden birini sahih kabul eder.
