E\u015farili\u011fe g\u00f6re insan, bir konu hakk\u0131nda ancak Allah taraf\u0131ndan ona bildirildi\u011fi takdirde <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/bilgi\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/bilgi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bilgi<\/a> sahibi olabilir. Herhangi bir \u015fey bildirilmedi\u011fi takdirde insan i\u00e7in <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/teklif\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/teklif\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">m\u00fckellefiyet<\/a> s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. \u0130nsan, yaln\u0131zca akl\u0131yla Allah\u2019\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve birli\u011fine ula\u015famaz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kendisine vahiy ula\u015fmam\u0131\u015f olan kimseye Allah\u2019\u0131 bilmek <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/ser--seriat\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/ser--seriat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u015fer\u2019an<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/vacip--fikih\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/vacip--fikih\">vacip<\/a> de\u011fildir; nakil olmaks\u0131z\u0131n ki\u015filer yaln\u0131zca ak\u0131llar\u0131yla m\u00fckellef olmazlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e2turidili\u011fe g\u00f6re insan, ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f bir varl\u0131k olarak yarat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hikmet sahibi olan Allah, her \u015feyi hikmetle yapmakta ve yaratmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsan, bu hikmetin bir gere\u011fi olarak ak\u0131l yoluyla Allah\u2019\u0131 bilebilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kendisine vahiy ula\u015fmam\u0131\u015f kimseye Allah\u2019\u0131 bilmek \u015fer\u2019an vaciptir. Mutezileye g\u00f6re insan, ak\u0131l ve <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/temyiz\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/temyiz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">temyiz<\/a> g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip bir varl\u0131kt\u0131r. Mesela \u201c\u00f6ld\u00fcrmek\u201d, bir fiil olarak salt fiildir. Nas, bu fiili zamana ve mek\u00e2na g\u00f6re bir \u015fekilde niteler: Sava\u015fta k\u00e2firi \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek sevap, masum bir kimseyi \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek g\u00fcnaht\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e2turidili\u011fe g\u00f6re insan, m\u00fcmeyyizdir yani g\u00fczeli \u00e7irkinden ay\u0131rabilme kabiliyetine sahiptir. \u0130nsan\u0131 m\u00fckellef k\u0131lan da bu temyiz g\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. H\u00fcs\u00fcn ve kubuh, e\u015fyan\u0131n z\u00e2t\u0131na ili\u015fkin s\u0131fatlard\u0131r ve ak\u0131l, vahiy olmaks\u0131z\u0131n baz\u0131 g\u00fczellik ve \u00e7irkinlikleri tek ba\u015f\u0131na anlamaya muktedirdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiillerin \u00f6zlerinde hasen veya kabih olduklar\u0131 kabul edilmezse, nass\u0131n belirlemesinden \u00f6nce her fiil n\u00f6tr olur ki bu <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/sefeh--fikih\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/sefeh--fikih\">sefeh<\/a> demektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span id=\"Insanin_Ozgurlugu\"><strong>\u0130nsan\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Her iki ekole g\u00f6re de kullar\u0131n fiilleri, Allah taraf\u0131ndan yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. M\u00e2turidili\u011fe g\u00f6re \u201ckader\u201d, Allah\u2019\u0131n ezelden ebede kadar olmu\u015f ve olacak, iyi-k\u00f6t\u00fc her \u015feyin olu\u015f zaman\u0131n\u0131, yerini ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6zelliklerini ezeliolarak bilmesi; \u201ckaza\u201d, Allah\u2019\u0131n zaman\u0131 geldi\u011finde ezeli ilmine uygun olarak e\u015fya ve olaylar\u0131 yaratmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span id=\"Kesb\"><strong>Kesb<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u015farili\u011fe g\u00f6re \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/kesb--kelam\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/kesb--kelam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kesb<\/a>\u201d, kulun fiilindeki rol\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eder. Allah\u2019\u0131n kadim kudretiyle kulda (kulun iradesine uygun olarak) yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u00e2dis kudret (<a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/istitaat\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/istitaat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">istit\u00e2at<\/a>), fiili kesbeder. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla fiilin ger\u00e7ek faili Allah, kesb edicisi kuldur. Burada fiilin kesbi s\u00fcrecinde kulun rol\u00fc, kendisine bir fiil yapmay\u0131 se\u00e7me ve fiille beraber yarat\u0131lan kudretini kesbetme y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir tercihte bulunmaktan ibarettir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ihtiy\u00e2r yarat\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kul, fiilinin ger\u00e7ek faili; Allah ise fiilin yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. K\u0131saca bir Allah\u2019a ait \u201ck\u00fclli irade\u201d, bir de insan\u0131n elinde olan \u201cc\u00fcz\u2019i irade\u201d vard\u0131r. \u201cK\u00fclli irade\u201d, insana bi\u2019l-kuvve olarak verilmi\u015ftir. \u201cC\u00fcz\u2019i irade\u201d, insan\u0131n fiili i\u015flerken sarf etti\u011fi iradedir: \u0130nsan, <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/ihtiyar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/ihtiyar\">ihtiyar<\/a> ve irade edip fiili i\u015fler ancak fiilin yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 Allah\u2019t\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span id=\"Teklifu_Ma_La_Yutak\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikishia.net\/view\/Teklif-i_M%C3%A2l%C3%A2_Yutak\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/tr.wikishia.net\/view\/Teklif-i_M%C3%A2l%C3%A2_Yutak\">Teklifu M\u00e2 L\u00e2 Yut\u00e2k<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u015farili\u011feg\u00f6re Allah\u2019\u0131n kudreti hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lamaz. O\u2019nun hi\u00e7bir fiili \u00e7irkin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u00fczerine hi\u00e7bir i\u015f vacip olamaz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Allah, istedi\u011fi takdirde, kulun g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yetmedi\u011fi bir \u015feyle kulu m\u00fckellef k\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e2turidili\u011fe g\u00f6re Allah, her i\u015fi hikmetle yapar. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla O, yerine getirilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan bir hususta -bu, hikmetiyle \u00e7eli\u015fece\u011fi i\u00e7in-kulu m\u00fckellef k\u0131lmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mutezile\u2019yeg\u00f6re Allah, her fiilinde adildir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla O, yerine getirilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan bir hususta -bu, adaletiyle \u00e7eli\u015fece\u011fi i\u00e7in-kulu m\u00fckellef k\u0131lamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"2-Uluhiyet\"><strong style=\"color: revert; font-size: revert;\">2-Uluhiyet<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Her iki ekol de Allah\u2019\u0131n z\u00e2ti s\u0131fatlar\u0131 konusunda hemfikirdirler. Bu s\u0131fatlar, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn varl\u0131klara taalluk eder. Yani Allah, \u00e2lemi yoktan var etmeyi ezeli olarak irade buyuran ve buna ezeli olarak kadir oland\u0131r. \u201cKudret\u201d ve \u201cirade\u201d s\u0131fatlar\u0131, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u00e2t\u0131n kadim olmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirmez. Buraya kadar iki ekol de hemfikirdir. E\u015farili\u011fe g\u00f6re \u201ctekvin\u201d, \u201ckudret\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Yani \u201ckudret\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131n mahlukata taalluku, \u201ctekvin\u201din kendisidir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u201ctekvin\u201d bir s\u0131fat de\u011fil; fiildir. Fiiller ise \u201ckudret\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131n taalluk etmesiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKudret\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131n iki \u00e7e\u015fit taalluk ve tesiri vard\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Ezeli Taalluk<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u00e2t\u0131n failden (Allah&#8217;tan) <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/sudur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/sudur\">sudur <\/a>etmesini sa\u011flar ki, bi\u2019l-f\u0131il sonsuzdur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\"><li><strong>H\u00e2dis ve Sonradan Olan Taalluk<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ezeli\u201cirade\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan\u0131 var etmek veya yok etmekten birini tercihine g\u00f6re, sonradan vuku bulan\/h\u00e2dis olan taallukudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte bahis mevzuu olan ikinci taalluk, \u201ctekvin\u201ddir. Bu \u201ctekvin\u201d, h\u00e2distir; Allah&#8217;\u0131n zat\u0131yla kaim de\u011fildir. Allah&#8217;\u0131n zat\u0131yla kaim olan, \u201ckudret\u201d ve \u201cirade\u201ddir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e2turidili\u011fe g\u00f6re \u201ctekvin\u201d, Allah\u2019\u0131n ezelibir s\u0131fat\u0131d\u0131r. Allah\u2019\u0131n ezeliiradesi ile murat etti\u011fi \u015feyler ve ezelikudreti ile kadir oldu\u011fu \u015feyler aras\u0131ndaki taalluk ne ise, ezelitekvin s\u0131fat\u0131yla h\u00e2dis olan <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lugatim.com\/s\/m%C3%BCkevven\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"http:\/\/www.lugatim.com\/s\/m%C3%BCkevven\">m\u00fckevven<\/a> \u00e2lem aras\u0131ndaki ilgi de ayn\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yani Allah, ezelde H\u00e2l\u0131k\u2019t\u0131r; ezelde \u201chalk\u201d filinin s\u0131fat\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelen \u201ctekvin\u201d, Allah\u2019\u0131n z\u00e2t\u0131yla kaimdir. \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/acikkuran.com\/36\/82\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/acikkuran.com\/36\/82\">K\u00fcn<\/a>\u201d emriyle bu s\u0131fat, h\u00e2dis olan mahlukata taalluk eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTekvin\u201d, Allah&#8217;\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e2lemleri ve bunlarda bulunan her bir \u015feyi ezelde de\u011fil, ilim ve iradesine g\u00f6re var olacaklar\u0131 vakitte yaratmas\u0131 demektir. Tekvin (yaratma) m\u00fckevvenden (yarat\u0131landan) ayr\u0131d\u0131r. Tekvin, ezelde ve ebedde Allah\u2019\u0131n z\u00e2t\u0131yla kaim, z\u00e2t\u0131ndan ayr\u0131lmayan ve b\u00e2ki bir s\u0131fatt\u0131r. M\u00fckevven (mahluk) ise, \u201ctekvin\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131n taallukunun hud\u00fbs\u00fcyle h\u00e2distir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131saca \u00f6zetlemek gerekirse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u015farili\u011fe g\u00f6re \u201ctekvin\u201d, (di\u011fer t\u00fcm fiiller gibi) kadim olan \u201ckudret\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda, onun h\u00e2dis taallukundan ibarettir. M\u00e2turidili\u011fe g\u00f6re \u201ctekvin\u201d, Allah\u2019\u0131n t\u00fcm fiillerine ilke te\u015fkil eden m\u00fcstakil ve kadim bir s\u0131fatt\u0131r. Fiili s\u0131fatlar (Allah\u2019\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcrmesi, diriltmesi, r\u0131z\u0131k vermesi gibi) hayat\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde s\u00fcrekli yenilenen fiillerdir; onun i\u00e7in do\u011fal olarak h\u00e2distirler ancak s\u0131fatlar\u0131n kendileri kadimdir. Aralar\u0131ndaki ihtilaf, kel\u00e2m-\u0131 nefsinin i\u015fitilip i\u015fitilmemesi konusundad\u0131r. E\u015farili\u011fe g\u00f6re normal \u015fartlarda kel\u00e2m-\u0131 nefsinin i\u015fitilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmamakla beraber Allah, (kudreti gere\u011fi) diledi\u011fi takdirde bunu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131labilir. M\u00e2turidili\u011fe g\u00f6re i\u015fitmenin meydana gelebilmesi i\u00e7in maddi bir ittisal\/biti\u015fiklik gerekmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla i\u015fitilen her \u015fey, kel\u00e2m-\u0131 nefsiye ancak <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/delalet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/delalet\">del\u00e2let<\/a> edebilir; kel\u00e2m-\u0131 nefsinin i\u015fitilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span id=\"Hikmet_ve_Sebep\"><strong>Hikmet ve Sebep<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>a-Hikmet S\u0131fat\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u015farili\u011fe g\u00f6re \u201chikmet\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131, ya Allah\u2019\u0131n ezeli\u201cilim\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131na veya \u201chalk\u201d fiiline irca edilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Allah\u2019\u0131n her fiili hikmetlidir ve Allah\u2019\u0131n hikmet \u00fczere fiilde bulunmas\u0131 caizdir fakat bir zorunluluk de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e2turidili\u011fe g\u00f6re \u201chikmet\u201d, ister \u201cilim\u201d isterse de \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/el-ihkam--amidi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ihk\u00e2m<\/a>\u201d anlam\u0131nda olsun, Allah\u2019\u0131n ezeli kem\u00e2l s\u0131fatlar\u0131ndand\u0131r. \u201cHikmet\u201d, \u201cilim\u201d manas\u0131 itibariyle hikmetli fiilin ezelde bilinmesi; \u201cihk\u00e2m\u201d manas\u0131 itibariyle \u201ctekvin\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131n bir l\u00fczumu olarak fiillerin hikmet \u00fczere ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b-Hikmet Kavram\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u015farili\u011fe g\u00f6re \u201chikmet\u201d, itib\u00e2ridir yani muteber olan \u015fey ile vard\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla salt \u201chikmet\u201d kavram\u0131ndan s\u00f6z edilemez. Allah\u2019\u0131n kudreti ve ilmiyle yarat\u0131lan her \u015fey, Allah\u2019\u0131n yaratmas\u0131 itibariyle hikmetlidir. Ancak bu hikmetli olu\u015f, ezelibir \u201chikmet\u201d kavram\u0131 \u00fczerine de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHikmet\u201d, yaln\u0131zca nakille bilinebilir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla emirolunan\/g\u00fczel oldu\u011fu bildirilen \u015fey iyi\/hasen, nehiyolunan\/\u00e7irkin oldu\u011fu bildirilen \u015fey k\u00f6t\u00fc\/kabihtir; bunlar, emirolunduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in hasen, nehiyolunduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in kabihtir. B\u00f6ylece \u201chikmet\u201d, Allah\u2019\u0131n fiilinin bir vasf\u0131 olur ki, bu vasf\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 itib\u00e2ridir; z\u00e2tide\u011fil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e2turidili\u011fe g\u00f6re \u201chikmet\u201d, bizatihi vard\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u201cihk\u00e2m\u201d, \u201ctekvin\u201din \u015fartlar\u0131ndand\u0131r. Yani yaratman\u0131n yerli yerinde\/hikmetle yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde ikinci bir ihtimal yoktur. Mesela k\u00e2fir, mutlak manada k\u00f6t\u00fcd\u00fcr ve bunda ihtilaf yoktur. K\u00e2firin ahirette azap g\u00f6rmesi ise \u201chikmet\u201de uygun oland\u0131r. K\u00fcfr\u00fcn mutlak manada k\u00f6t\u00fc olu\u015fu ve cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, Allah\u2019\u0131n hikmeti gere\u011fidir. Bu anlamda \u201chikmet\u201d, itib\u00e2ribir kavram de\u011fil; ezelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span id=\"Kufrun_AffiAllahin_Vaidinden_Donmesi\"><strong>K\u00fcfr\u00fcn Aff\u0131\/Allah\u2019\u0131n Vaidinden D\u00f6nmesi<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u015farili\u011fe g\u00f6re Allah\u2019\u0131 ezelibir de\u011fer yarg\u0131s\u0131 kal\u0131plar\u0131nda fiilde bulunmaya zorlamak, sonsuz \u201ckudret\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131 ile \u00e7eli\u015fir. Allah dilerse k\u00e2firi affedip m\u00fck\u00e2fatland\u0131rabilir; m\u00fcmini ise ebedi azaba \u00e7arpt\u0131rabilir. Onun hakk\u0131nda bu, imk\u00e2ns\u0131z de\u011fildir. Bunu yaparsa Allah\u2019a bilgisizlik\/sefeh atfedilmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e2turidili\u011fe g\u00f6re kabih olan k\u00fcfr\u00fcn affedilmesi, Allah\u2019\u0131n \u201chikmet\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131yla \u00e7eli\u015fece\u011finden Allah, k\u00fcfr\u00fc affetmez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span id=\"Kadinlarin_Peygamberligi\"><strong>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n Peygamberli\u011fi<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u015farili\u011fe g\u00f6re kad\u0131nlar <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/peygamber\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/peygamber\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">peygamber <\/a>olabilirler. Bu da yine Allah\u2019\u0131n kudretinin ve iradesinin s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile alakal\u0131d\u0131r. Yani Allah dilerse kad\u0131n bir peygamber elbette g\u00f6nderebilir.
