Hadis ve f\u0131k\u0131h alanlar\u0131nda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131ymetli eserlerle ilim ehlinin takdirini toplayan \u0130mam Tahavi\u2019nin en tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f eseri, ilim \u00e7evrelerinde bilinen ad\u0131yla&nbsp;<strong>\u015eerhu Ma\u00e2ni\u2019l-\u00c2s\u00e2r\u2019<\/strong>d\u0131r.&nbsp;<strong>\u0130mam Tahavi<\/strong>&nbsp;bu eserinde hadis ve f\u0131k\u0131h kombinasyonunun m\u00fckemmel bir \u00f6rne\u011fini sunmu\u015f ve bu eser, onun ismini ilim ehli aras\u0131nda ebedile\u015ftirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130mam Tahav\u00ee, \u201c\u015eerhu Ma\u00e2ni\u2019l-\u00c2s\u00e2r\u201dda 100\u2019e yak\u0131n hadis \u015feyhinden yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 7300 kadar merfu, mevkuf ve maktu rivayete yer vermi\u015f, birbirine muhalif h\u00fck\u00fcmler ihtiva eden rivayetleri muhakeme ederek neticelendirmi\u015f ve 29 ana ba\u015fl\u0131kta toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 f\u0131kh\u0131n ana meselelerini bu rivayetlerle temellendirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaman zaman senet ve rical kriti\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 eserinde \u0130mam Tahavi daha \u00e7ok, m\u00fcte\u00e2r\u0131z ahkam hadislerinin nas\u0131l anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi noktas\u0131nda hadis metinleri \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimlerin ihtilaf\u0131na sebep olan m\u00fcte\u00e2r\u0131z ahkam hadisleri alan\u0131nda v\u00fccuda getirilmi\u015f bir eser olarak \u201c\u015eerhu Ma\u00e2ni\u2019l-\u00c2s\u00e2r\u201d, y\u00fczy\u0131llarca f\u0131kh\u0131n ve hususi olarak da&nbsp;<strong>Hanefi mezhebi<\/strong>nin \u00f6nemli kaynaklar\u0131ndan biri olmu\u015f ve bir \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya konu olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar aras\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle bir ba\u015fka Hanefi muhaddis olan&nbsp;<strong>Bedruddin el Ayn\u00ee<\/strong>\u2019nin eseleri m\u00fcstesna bir yer tutmaktad\u0131r. el-Ayn\u00ee, uzun y\u0131llar e<strong>l-M\u00fceyyediyye<\/strong>&nbsp;medresesinde eseri okutmu\u015f ve \u201c\u015eerhu Ma\u00e2ni\u2019l-\u00c2sar\u201d \u00fczerine \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma v\u00fccuda getirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00fc\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmadan ikisi eserin \u015ferhi olup, biri de eser de ge\u00e7en ricali incelemektedir. Bunlardan, eserin geni\u015f \u015ferhi olan \u201c<strong>Meb\u00e2ni\u2019l-Ahb\u00e2r<\/strong>\u201d mahtut, muhtasar \u015ferhi olan \u201cNuhab\u00fc\u2019l-Efk\u00e2r\u201d ile ricalini inceleyen \u201cMa\u011f\u00e2ni\u2019l-Ahy\u00e2r\u201d matbudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Ekim 1914\u2019te \u015eeyh\u00fclislam Mustafa Hayri Efendi\u2019nin gayretleriyle \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan Islah-\u0131 Med\u00e2ris Nizamnamesine g\u00f6re \u201c<strong>D\u00e2ru\u2019lHil\u00e2feti\u2019l-Aliye Medresesi<\/strong>\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 alan ve Osmanl\u0131 medrese sisteminin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc safhas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil eden medreselerin \u201c<strong>K\u0131sm-\u0131 \u00c2l\u00ee<\/strong>\u201d b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u015eerhu Maani\u2019l-\u00c2s\u00e2r ders kitab\u0131 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Nizamnameye g\u00f6re her y\u0131l \u00bc\u2019l\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 okutulacak olan kitab\u0131n 4 y\u0131lda tamamlanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f fakat kitab\u0131n matbu n\u00fcshas\u0131 bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son devrin muhakkik \u00e2limlerinden D\u00fczceli&nbsp;<strong>Muhammed Zahid el-Kevseri<\/strong>&nbsp;de (r.h.), f\u0131k\u0131h melekesi kesbetme noktas\u0131nda bir benzerinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fi \u201c\u015eerhu M\u00e2\u00e2ni\u2019l-\u00c2s\u00e2r\u201d\u0131, d\u00f6nemin ezher rekt\u00f6r\u00fcne sundu\u011fu l\u00e2yihada, s\u00fcnnet ilimlerinin ihy\u00e2 edilmesi amac\u0131na matuf olarak Ezher\u2019de okutulmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kitaplar aras\u0131nda zikretmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eserin \u015fu ana kadar ilmi bir ne\u015frinin yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131, okunmas\u0131 ve okutulmas\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcndeki m\u00fchim problemlerden biridir. Yine de Ayn\u00ee\u2019nin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u015ferhi olan ve elimizde \u015fu an iki farkl\u0131 bask\u0131s\u0131 bulunan \u201c<strong>Nuhab\u00fc\u2019l-Efkar<\/strong>\u201d i\u00e7erisinde yer alan \u015eerhu Maani\u2019l-Asar metni, kitab\u0131n m\u00fcstakil bask\u0131lar\u0131ndan daha sa\u011flam bir metindir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu \u00f6nemli eseri, f\u0131k\u0131h ilmi ile i\u015ftigal edenler ellerinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmemelidir. Zira bu eser, hadis-f\u0131k\u0131h m\u00fcnasebetinin tesisi ve \u00f6zellikle de ki\u015finin f\u0131k\u0131h melekesi kazanmas\u0131 noktas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011flayacak meziyetlere sahiptir.
