Bununla birlikte, Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n genel anlamda \u00f6rt\u00fcnmeye oldu\u011fu gibi ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcne yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 da farkl\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130slam \u00f6ncesi kutsal metinlerin \u0130ngilizce \u00e7evirilerinde, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan kelime veil\u2019dir. Veil, Kur\u2019an\u2019daki humur kelimesiyle hemen hemen ayn\u0131 anlam \u00e7er\u00e7evesine sahiptir. Bir farkla ki, veil, ba\u015f\u0131 ve omuzlan \u00f6rtmekle beraber y\u00fcz\u00fc \u00f6rten pe\u00e7eyi de ihtiva etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span id=\"Tevrat8217ta_ve_Yahudi_Rabbinik_Literaturde_Basortusu\"><strong>Tevrat&#8217;ta ve Yahudi Rabbinik Literat\u00fcrde Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elimizdeki <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/tevrat\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/tevrat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tevrat <\/a>metinlerinde, kad\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rtmesiyle ilgili do\u011frudan bir h\u00fckm\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmiyoruz. Ancak, Tevrat&#8217;ta pek \u00e7ok hadise anlat\u0131l\u0131rken, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ve pe\u00e7eye at\u0131fta bulunulmu\u015ftur. Kald\u0131 ki, <a href=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/yahudilik\" title=\"https:\/\/islamansiklopedisi.org.tr\/yahudilik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yahudi <\/a>gelene\u011finde bir h\u00fckm\u00fcn dini olabilmesi i\u00e7in Tevrat metninde yer almas\u0131 \u015fart de\u011fildir. <a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rabb%C3%A2n%C3%AE_Yahudilik\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rabb%C3%A2n%C3%AE_Yahudilik\">Rabbinik <\/a>literat\u00fcr\u00fcn tamam\u0131 dinin en \u00f6nemli kaynaklar\u0131d\u0131r. Yahudi Rabbinik literat\u00fcrde ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn, nas\u0131l, hangi sebeplerle ve hangi ba\u011flamlarda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6z atal\u0131m:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"Hz_Musanin_Kullandigi_Ortu_ve_Pece\"><strong>Hz. Musa\u2019n\u0131n Kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00d6rt\u00fc ve Pe\u00e7e<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hz. Musa, Sina da\u011f\u0131nda on emri al\u0131p halk\u0131na d\u00f6nd\u00fckten sonra y\u00fcz\u00fc pe\u00e7eyle \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fcd\u00fcr.&nbsp; Yahudilerin gerek g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta gerekse ibadet esnas\u0131nda kafalar\u0131n\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00f6rtmelerinin, bilhassa ibadet esnas\u0131nda y\u00fczlerine bir \u00f6rt\u00fc almalar\u0131n\u0131n temelinde, Hz. Musa&#8217;n\u0131n bu hareketi yatmaktad\u0131r. Baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, Musa\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc pe\u00e7e ile \u00f6rtmesinin sebebi, insanlara Allah&#8217;\u0131n kelam\u0131n\u0131 naklederken kendi \u015fahsiyetini gizlemek istemesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"Hz_Ishak8217in_Hanimi_ve_Hz_Yakub8217un_Annesi_Rebekanin_Ortusu\"><strong>Hz. \u0130shak&#8217;\u0131n Han\u0131m\u0131 ve Hz. Yakub&#8217;un Annesi Rebeka\u2019n\u0131n \u00d6rt\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hz. \u0130brahim, o\u011flu \u0130shak\u2019\u0131 Kenanl\u0131lardan biriyle evlendirmek istemi\u015f, k\u00f6lesi Eliyezer&#8217;i Mezopotamya&#8217;ya kendi akrabalar\u0131na, o\u011flu \u0130shak i\u00e7in bir e\u015f bulmaya g\u00f6ndermi\u015ftir. Eliyezer, \u0130brahim in ye\u011feni Betuel&#8217;in k\u0131z\u0131 Rebeka ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f, \u0130brahim&#8217;in teklifini kabul etmi\u015ftir. Rebeka g\u00f6zlerini kald\u0131r\u0131p \u0130shak\u2019\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnce pe\u00e7esini al\u0131p g\u00f6t\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu Yahudilik gelene\u011fi i\u00e7inde farkl\u0131 yorumlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rebeka, Mezatopamya veya Kenanl\u0131lar\u0131n adetine \u00f6rt\u00fcnme ihtiyac\u0131 hissetmi\u015ftir. Baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ve pe\u00e7enin evlilikle olan ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131na i\u015faret etmi\u015flerdir. Buna g\u00f6re pe\u00e7e ve ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc kad\u0131n\u0131n evlenirken kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u015feydir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"Yahuda8217nin_Gelini_Tamar8217in_Ortusu\"><strong>Yahuda&#8217;n\u0131n Gelini Tamar&#8217;\u0131n \u00d6rt\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Yehuda_(Beni_%C4%B0srail)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Yehuda_(Beni_%C4%B0srail)\">Yahuda<\/a>, Kenanl\u0131 bir adam\u0131n k\u0131z\u0131yla evlenmi\u015f ve ondan Er, Onan ve \u015eela ad\u0131nda \u00fc\u00e7 o\u011flu olmu\u015ftur. Yahuda, o\u011flu Er i\u00e7in Tamar da bir gelin alm\u0131\u015f; ancak, k\u0131sa bir m\u00fcddet sonra Er \u00f6l\u00fcnce Onan&#8217;la evlenmi\u015f, o da \u00f6l\u00fcnce, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc o\u011flu Sela&#8217;n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi i\u00e7in babas\u0131n\u0131n evinde dul olarak beklemektir. \u015eela b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc halde kendisine talep gelmedi\u011fini g\u00f6ren Tamar, kay\u0131n pederinin Timnat&#8217;a do\u011fru yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Baz\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fc kad\u0131nlar, asil g\u00f6r\u00fcnmek i\u00e7in zaman zaman ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ve pe\u00e7e kullanma yoluna gitmi\u015flerdir. Yahuda&#8217;n\u0131n Tamar&#8217;\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6rtt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc halde k\u00f6t\u00fc kad\u0131n sanmas\u0131 bu sebepledir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"Hz_Yakub8217un_Hanimi_Hz_Yusufun_Annesi_Rahel8217in_Ortusu\"><strong>Hz. Yakub&#8217;un Han\u0131m\u0131 Hz. Yusuf\u2019un Annesi Rahel&#8217;in \u00d6rt\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hz. Yakub, <a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rahel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rahel\">Rahel <\/a>ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve sevmi\u015ftir. Rahel\u2019i day\u0131s\u0131ndan almak i\u00e7in yedi sene ona hizmet etmi\u015ftir. Ancak day\u0131s\u0131 Rahel yerine b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131z\u0131 Lea\u2019y\u0131 verir. Burada herhangi bir \u00f6rt\u00fcden s\u00f6z edilmemektedir. Ancak yorumcular, day\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n Yakub&#8217;u bu \u015fekilde aldatmak i\u00e7in \u00f6rt\u00fc ve pe\u00e7e kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"Babil_Kizi_ve_Kildaniler_Kizina_Hitapta_Yer_Alan_Ortu\"><strong>Babil K\u0131z\u0131 ve Kildaniler K\u0131z\u0131na Hitapta Yer Alan \u00d6rt\u00fc<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tevrat&#8217;ta do\u011frudan ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc ve pe\u00e7e tak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 emreden yahut tak\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcnah telakki eden bir h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Tevrat&#8217;tan \u00f6nce de bu uygulama kadim bir gelenek olarak yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak, Tevrat&#8217;\u0131n baz\u0131 hadiseleri anlat\u0131rken ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcne at\u0131fta bulunmas\u0131, bunun Yahudi gelene\u011fi i\u00e7inde dini bir mahiyet kazanmas\u0131na yetmi\u015ftir. Zira tarih boyunca, kutsal metinlerin at\u0131flar\u0131 bir \u00e7e\u015fit kabul hatta ilahi bir buyruk olarak telakki edilmi\u015ftir. Bu sebeple Tevrat\u2019tan sonra olu\u015fan Rabbinik literat\u00fcrde ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc \u00e7ok daha farkl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rabbinik kanunlar\u0131na g\u00f6re ba\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k evli bir kad\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu mecliste dua ve ayin yapmak yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar, Yahudi gelene\u011finde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n dini inan\u00e7; gere\u011fi ba\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rtt\u00fckleri ve bunun olduk\u00e7a kat\u0131 kurallara ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu uygulama 19. asr\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131na kadar devam etmi\u015ftir. 19. asr\u0131n sek\u00fcler ortam\u0131 ve Yahudi \u0131rk\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnyadaki konumu pek \u00e7o\u011funu ba\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7maya icbar etmi\u015f, baz\u0131lar\u0131 da ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc yerine peruk takmay\u0131 ihdas etmi\u015ftir. Bug\u00fcn Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n her taraf\u0131nda ya\u015fayan Hasidi Yahudi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 peruk kullanmaktad\u0131r. Ancak, di\u011fer Yahudi kad\u0131nlar\u0131 <a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sinagog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sinagog\">sinagog <\/a>d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kapatmazlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri birle\u015ftirdi\u011fimizde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan yorumlar\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 ayr\u0131 grupta m\u00fctalaa edebiliriz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc sayg\u0131nl\u0131k ve soyluluk alametidir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n kendisine sayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve sosyal stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc ifade etmek i\u00e7in emredilmi\u015ftir.
