Ve ona nispetle bu ismi alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. M\u00fcellif hakk\u0131nda kaynaklarda detayl\u0131 malumat bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Hatta isminin babas\u0131n\u0131n ismiyle kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 da iddia edilmektedir. Sarf, nahiv, l\u00fcgat, meani, beyan sahalar\u0131nda yetkin bir dil alimi oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zzi, Osmanl\u0131 medreselerinde Sarf C\u00fcmlesi olarak bilinen be\u015f sarf eserinin d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr. Hem Osmanl\u0131 medreselerinde hem de g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde aktif \u015fekilde m\u00fcfredatlarda yer verilen kitaplardan bir tanesidir. M\u00fcellifin lakab\u0131na nispetle alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu el-\u0130zzi fi\u2019t-Tasrif isminin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Tasrif\u00fc\u2019l-\u0130zzi, el-Mebadi fi\u2019t-Tasrif ve et-Tasrif isimleriyle de an\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eserimizin muhtevas\u0131n\u0131 ele alacak olursak \u00f6ncelikle; fiillerin harf say\u0131lar\u0131na ve t\u00fcrlerine g\u00f6re tasnifi yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. el-Emsilet\u00fc\u2019l-Muhtelife\u2019deki s\u0131ralama takip edilerek fiiller s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmakta ve \u00f6rneklendirilmektedir. \u0130lal kurallar\u0131 ve kaideleri detayl\u0131ca izah edilmekte, illetli fiillerin hem s\u0131k\u00e7a kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan hem de nadiren g\u00f6r\u00fclen istisnai durumlar\u0131 ele al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Kitab\u0131n sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru ise ismi zaman, ismi mek\u00e2n ve ismi alet konu olarak i\u015flenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarf ilminin son merhalelerinden bir tanesi olmas\u0131 hasebiyle \u0130zzi eseri b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. Art\u0131k bu eser ile Arap\u00e7an\u0131n ikinci kolu olan nahvi ilmine giri\u015f i\u00e7in haz\u0131r olmak gerekmektedir. Emsile ve Bina kitaplar\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frenilen bilgiler \u0130zzi ile peki\u015ftirilir ayr\u0131ca sarf\u0131n daha n\u00fcans konular\u0131na da de\u011finilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klasik Arap\u00e7a e\u011fitimi veren kurumlar ve medreseler \u0130zzi\u2019yi hala m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131na alsalar da bu kurulu\u015flardan kimileri tercih etmemektedir. \u0130zzi\u2019nin gerek Arap\u00e7a gerek T\u00fcrk\u00e7e pek \u00e7ok \u015ferh ve ha\u015fiyesi bulunmaktad\u0131r.
