Hi\u015fam el-Ensari el-M\u0131sri (\u00f6. 761\/1360) (\u0130bni Hi\u015fam en-Nahvi)<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Genel Tan\u0131t\u0131m<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tam ismi Katru\u2019n-Neda ve Bell\u00fc\u2019s-Seda olan bu eser genelde Katru\u2019n-Neda k\u0131saltmas\u0131 ile tan\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. Arap dil ve belagatinin m\u00fcmtaz isimlerinden bir tanesi olan \u0130bni Hi\u015fam en-Nahvi\u2019ye aittir. \u0130bni Hi\u015fam Arap dilinin otorite isimlerinden olmakla beraber \u015f\u00f6hretini yine yazm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu dilbilimsel kitaplar\u0131na bor\u00e7ludur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mu\u011fni\u2019l-Lebib ve Kavaid\u00fc\u2019l-\u0130rab gibi Katru\u2019n-Neda da medrese m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7eken eserlerdendir. Ayn\u0131 zaman \u0130bni Hi\u015fam\u2019a \u015f\u00f6hret kazand\u0131ran talebe dostu bir kitapt\u0131r. Talebe dostu bir kitapt\u0131r \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6zetleyici yap\u0131s\u0131 nedeniyle m\u00fczakere ve m\u00fctalaas\u0131n\u0131n son derece kolay oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Katru\u2019n-Neda\u2019n\u0131n en temel \u00f6zelli\u011fi klasik dil bilgisi kitaplar\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Eser asl\u0131nda bir nahiv kitab\u0131d\u0131r ama kimi yerlerde sarf ilminin kural ve kaidelerine de de\u011finilir. B\u00f6ylelikle iki ilmi tek kitapta mezcetti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Katru\u2019n-Neda\u2019da nahvi ilminin gramer kurallar\u0131 \u00f6zl\u00fc \u015fekilde serdedilmektedir. Fakat kural ve kaidelerin iyi anla\u015f\u0131labilmesi hatta mukayese edilebilmesi i\u00e7in tek bir ekole ba\u011fl\u0131 kal\u0131nmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130bni Hi\u015fam konu anlat\u0131mlar\u0131nda muhtelif g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri de okuyucunun \u00f6n\u00fcne getirmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca hatal\u0131 buldu\u011fu fikirleri bile yazmakta ve tenkit etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kimi yerlerde \u00e7e\u015fitli dil alimlerinin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini de kabul ederek ba\u015fvurmaktad\u0131r. Bu dil otoriteleri aras\u0131nda Sibeveyh (\u00f6. 180\/796), Ahfe\u015f (\u00f6. 215\/830) ve Ferra (\u00f6. 202\/822) gibi isimler zikredilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yine eseri ortaya \u00e7\u0131karan kaynaklar da son derece zengindir. \u0130bni Hi\u015fam eserini olu\u015ftururken; \u0130bni Usfur (\u00f6. 669\/1270), Ebu Ali el-Farisi (\u00f6 377\/987) ve Zemah\u015feri (\u00f6. 538\/1144) gibi alimlerin kitaplar\u0131ndan da faydalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sebeple eserin hem muhteva hem de kaynak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir noktada bulundu\u011funu ifade edebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eserin \u00fcslubu da muhtevas\u0131 kadar kavidir. \u0130bni Hi\u015fam bu eserinde insicaml\u0131 fakat anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 kolay bir dil kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu anlamda dil dersi verirken, dil sanat\u0131n\u0131 konu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. Bu sebepledir ki eserin \u015ferh, ha\u015fiye ve talik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra naz\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dilin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 zorlayan b\u00f6yle bir eserde \u00f6rnekler elbette yine Arap dilinin nadide \u015fiirlerinden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. \u0130bni Hi\u015fam\u2019\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerinden bir tanesi de eserlerinde kullanm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00f6rneklerin son derece titizlikle tercih edilmesidir. Kitab\u0131 okuyanlar kendilerini bu \u00f6rnekleri ezberlemekten al\u0131koyamazlar. Bu sebeple eserdeki \u00f6rnek olarak verilen \u015fiirler de ayr\u0131 bir eserde toplanarak \u015ferh edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hem metni hem \u00f6rnekleri ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ele al\u0131nan \u015ferh edilen ve nazma \u00e7ekilen bu eserin ilmi de\u011ferini anlatmak imkans\u0131zd\u0131r.
