Eserin m\u00fcellifi Ezher hocalar\u0131ndan Seyyid H\u00fcseyin Abdurrahman el-Bencavi\u2019dir. Muhtasar olarak tasarlanan kitab\u0131n gayesi Hanefi f\u0131kh\u0131n\u0131n ahkam, \u015ferait ve zavabitini basit\u00e7e izah etmek ve toparlamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcellifin mukaddimede belirtti\u011fine g\u00f6re eser, Ezher talebeleri i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ezher m\u00fcfredat\u0131ndaki eksikli\u011fi gidermek ad\u0131na kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve bir ders kitab\u0131 olmas\u0131 planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine mukaddimede ifade edildi\u011fine g\u00f6re eserin iki kayna\u011f\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunlardan ilki Ahmed el-Kuduri\u2019ye (\u00f6. 428\/1038) ait <em>Kuduri<\/em> isimli eser ile Ebu\u2019l-Berakat en-Nesefi\u2019ye (\u00f6. 710\/1310) ait <em>Kenz\u00fc\u2019d-Dakaik\u2019tir<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitapta ele al\u0131nan konular, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler bu kaynaklardan derlenmi\u015f ve ihtisar edilmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece Hanefi mezhebin kurucusu olan \u0130mam Azam Ebu Hanife\u2019nin (\u00f6. 150\/767) g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin muhtasar \u015fekilde bir arada toplanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan m\u00fcellif eserinde \u015fayet bir kusur ve eksik mevcutsa ana kaynaklara d\u00f6n\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011fini belirtir. Zira kaynaklar\u0131ndan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 malumatlar\u0131n \u00fczerine hi\u00e7bir surette ekleme ve \u00e7\u0131kartma yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hulasatu\u2019l-Behiyye\u2019nin tahkik, takdim ve talikini ise \u0130lyas Kaplan yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Eser \u00fczerinde ise \u00e7e\u015fitli tasarruflarda bulunmu\u015ftur. Yapm\u0131\u015f tasarruflar\u0131 ve eklemeleri ise yazm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu mukaddimede d\u00f6rt madde halinde zikretmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lyas Kaplan\u2019\u0131n ekleme ve geni\u015fletme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u015funlardan ibarettir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- Hanefi imamlar\u0131n\u0131, ahkam\u0131 \u015feriyyenin mertebelerini, Hanefi tabakat\u0131n\u0131, mezhebin genel meselelerinin ve kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n tasnifini yapan bir mukkaddime kaleme almak.<br>2- Eser \u00fczerinde ziyade ve tashih suretiyle tasarrufta bulunmak.<br>3- \u00c7e\u015fitli ba\u015fl\u0131kland\u0131rmalar yapmak.<br>4- Ve gerekli yerlere dipnotlar ekleyerek, okuyanlar\u0131n tam istifade etmesini sa\u011flamak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lyas Kaplan\u2019\u0131n tasarruflar\u0131yla birlikte Hulasatu\u2019l-Behiyye Hanefi f\u0131kh\u0131na giri\u015f sadedinde son derece \u00f6nemli bir eser oldu\u011fu ifade edilebilir. Konular\u0131 k\u0131sa izahlarla ele almas\u0131, Hanefi usul\u00fcn\u00fc tan\u0131tmas\u0131 ve m\u00fchim mesaili baza alarak hareket etmesi m\u00fcbtedi seviyedeki talebelerin istifadesine a\u00e7\u0131k hale getirmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di\u011fer taraftan muhakkikin yazm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu mukaddime Hanefi imamlar\u0131n\u0131, literat\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, usul\u00fcn\u00fc tan\u0131mak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.
