Muhammed el-\u00cec\u00ee es-Safev\u00ee&nbsp;(\u00f6. 905\/1500)<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Genel Tan\u0131t\u0131m<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u0131l ad\u0131 Cevamiu\u2019t-Tibyan fi Tefsiri\u2019l-Kuran olan eser Camiu\u2019l-Beyan, Tefsiru\u2019l-\u0130ci, Tefsiru\u2019s-Safevi gibi isimlerle de an\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Fakat genel olarak Camiu\u2019l-Beyan olarak bilinmekte ve bu ba\u015fl\u0131k ile \u0130mam Taberi\u2019nin (\u00f6. 310\/923) muhalled eseriyle kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eserin muhtevas\u0131n\u0131 incelemeden \u00f6nce sebeb-i telifine bir g\u00f6z atal\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcfessirimiz bu eseri babas\u0131n\u0131n nasihati ve iste\u011fi \u00fczerine kaleme alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Babas\u0131 En\u2019am suresinin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 kendisi tefsir etmi\u015f fakat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrememi\u015ftir. Bunun \u00fczerine o\u011flundan yani m\u00fcellifimizden tam tekmil bir tefsir yazmas\u0131n\u0131 istemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eserin bir di\u011fer \u00f6zelli\u011fi ise Mekke\u2019de Kabe\u2019nin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Yaz\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131 iki y\u0131l \u00fc\u00e7 ay s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ve kitab\u0131n hitama eri\u015fi m\u00fcellifin k\u0131rk\u0131nc\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131na denk gelmi\u015ftir. Her ne kadar Camiu\u2019l-Beyan\u2019\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda m\u00fcellifin babas\u0131n\u0131n talebi s\u00f6z konusu olsa da mukaddimede m\u00fcfessirimiz ba\u015fka sebeplerin de oldu\u011funu belirtmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahsi ge\u00e7en sebeplerden bir tanesi ise m\u00fcellifimizin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 devirdir. O d\u00f6nemlerde ilim talibinin pek \u00e7ok ilimden nasiplenmek istedi\u011finden bahsetmektedir. Fakat zaman\u0131n k\u0131sa olmas\u0131 ve yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f eserlerin derinlikli bir muhtevas\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 nedeniyle bunun ger\u00e7ekle\u015femedi\u011fini belirtmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fte buna binaen muhtasar bir tefsir kitab\u0131 yazmak istemi\u015f ve tefsire merak duyan taliplerin istifadesine sunmay\u0131 arzu etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcellif, muhtasar bir kitap tasarlamas\u0131 nedeniyle, yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu izahatlar\u0131 k\u0131sa tutmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zengin kaynaklardan beslenerek yazmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen kimi yerlerde hacmi b\u00fcy\u00fctmemek ad\u0131na bu kaynaklar\u0131 zikretmekten \u00e7ekinmi\u015ftir. Bunun yerine mukaddimede kullanm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu t\u00fcm kaynaklar\u0131 topluca belirtmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Camiu\u2019l-Beyan, muhtasar olu\u015fu nedeniyle kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir y\u00f6nteme de sahiptir. Kuran\u2019\u0131 Kur&#8217;anla, hadisle ve sahabe rivayetleriyle tefsir etme metodunu kullan\u0131rken dil kaidelerine de b\u00fcy\u00fck derecede \u00f6nem vermi\u015ftir. Ki mukaddimede lugavi tefsirleri i\u00e7in kullanm\u0131\u015f kaynaklar\u0131 ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinden yararlanm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu dil otoriterlerini de belirtmi\u015ftir. Sebeb-i n\u00fczule de ayr\u0131ca \u00f6nem atfetti\u011fini ve s\u0131k s\u0131k kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmemiz gerekir. Seleften gelen rivayetleri de kendi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleriyle \u00e7eli\u015fmesine ra\u011fmen zikretmi\u015f b\u00f6ylelikle seleflerine duydu\u011fu sayg\u0131y\u0131 da g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rivayet ve dirayet tefsir metotlar\u0131n\u0131n mezcedildi\u011fi Camiu\u2019l-Beyan kendisinden \u00f6nce kaleme al\u0131nan tefsirlerin bir sentezi ve \u00f6zetidir. Hem iki metodu birle\u015ftirmesi hem ge\u00e7mi\u015f tefsir birikimini \u00f6zetlemesi hem de bunu son derece k\u0131sa izahlarla yapmas\u0131 literat\u00fcr i\u00e7erisinde Camiu\u2019l-Beyan\u2019a \u00f6zel bir yer kazand\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muhtasar olarak planlanmas\u0131 eserin \u00e7er\u00e7evesini daraltm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sebeple \u0130ci\u2019nin ilerleyen zamanlarda eserine ekleme ve \u00e7\u0131karma yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Ne var ki bu tashih, tadil ve ekleme faaliyetleri eserin hacmini etkilememi\u015ftir. Di\u011fer taraftan babas\u0131n\u0131n En\u2019am suresi i\u00e7in yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu tefsirin de Camiu\u2019l-Beyan i\u00e7erisinde yer al\u0131p almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fma konusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medreselerde okunmaya ba\u015flanan tefsir kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n sonunun gelmemesi ve bunun da Kuran\u2019a b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sergilenmesini \u00f6nlemesi nedeniyle Camiu\u2019l-Beyan bir m\u00fcfredat kitab\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Kolay okunmas\u0131, m\u00fctalaa ve m\u00fczakere edilebilmesi sebebiyle talebe dostu bir eser olarak telakki edilmi\u015ftir.
