Fatih Sultan Mehmed\u2019in hocas\u0131d\u0131r. Edirne kad\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcddette baz\u0131 h\u00fcccetleri tasdik etmi\u015ftir. II. Mehmed\u2019in ilk tahta \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kazaskerli\u011fe getirilmi\u015ftir. Fakat ikinci c\u00fclustan sonra ne oldu\u011fu bilinememektedir. Yine \u0130stanbul fethi esnas\u0131nda II. Mehmed\u2019i destekleyen grubun i\u00e7erisinde oldu\u011fu ve ak\u0131l hocal\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 rivayet edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte Mir\u2019at b\u00f6yle bir ilim ve devlet adam\u0131n\u0131n usul-\u00fc f\u0131kha dair yazm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu son derece g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir eserdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Molla H\u00fcsrev\u2019in bu eseri, daha \u00f6nceleri yazm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu Mirkat\u00fc\u2019l-Vusul isimli hacimsiz bir kitab\u0131n \u015ferhidir. M\u00fcellif \u00f6ncelikle usul-\u00fc f\u0131k\u0131h sahas\u0131nda muhtasar bir kaleme almak istemi\u015ftir. Temel konular\u0131 k\u0131saca ele alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu Mirkat\u2019\u0131 yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat eserin \u00e7ok kapal\u0131 olu\u015fu, konular\u0131 y\u00fczeysel i\u015fleyi\u015fi m\u00fcellifi bu eseri geni\u015fletmeye sevk etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mir\u2019at, bir mukaddime, bir hatime ve iki b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Mukaddimede usul-\u00fc f\u0131kh\u0131n tarifi, mahiyeti ve \u00f6nemi ele al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Birinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm h\u00fck\u00fcm \u00e7\u0131karma kaynaklar\u0131na ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplamda d\u00f6rt k\u0131s\u0131mdan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar; Kur&#8217;an, S\u00fcnnet, \u0130cma ve K\u0131yas. Genelde \u015feri ve f\u00fcru \u015feklinde tasnife tabi tutulan kaynaklar, Molla H\u00fcsrev taraf\u0131ndan d\u00f6rde ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bu k\u0131s\u0131mlar alt\u0131nda di\u011ferleri i\u015flenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin; \u015fer-u men kablena ve sahabe kavli delilleri, s\u00fcnnet ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130stihsan ve \u0130stishab k\u0131yas delili alt\u0131nda detayland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kinci ana b\u00f6l\u00fcmde ise; h\u00fck\u00fcm, h\u00fck\u00fcm veren, h\u00fck\u00fcm verilen konular\u0131na de\u011finilmi\u015f, burada ehliyet meselesi ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve i\u015flenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hatimede, i\u00e7tihat ve i\u00e7tihad\u0131n isabetli olup olmamas\u0131 durumlar\u0131 ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eserin ay\u0131rt edici taraflar\u0131ndan biri muhtelif g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerin tart\u0131\u015fma usul\u00fc \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde derlenmesidir. M\u00fcellif kendi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtirken, farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri de g\u00fcndeme getirmi\u015f ve kendi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn m\u00fcmeyyiz y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermek istemi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca delillendirme yap\u0131l\u0131rken nakli delillerden \u00e7ok akli deliller kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mir\u2019at\u2019\u0131n \u00fcslubu ile Mirkat aras\u0131nda pek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir fark\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. Yaz\u0131m tarihi de g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011fun klasik bir \u00fcslup tercih edildi\u011fi ve veciz anlat\u0131ma ba\u015fvuruldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Bu anlamda metni \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi gereken bir kitapt\u0131r. Eserin i\u00e7erisindeki kaynaklarda referanslar dahi rumuz \u015feklinde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 medreselerinde usul-\u00fc f\u0131k\u0131h derslerinden tercih edilen bir eser olmu\u015ftur.
