Dine, lahuti olana, ruha, maneviyata bir ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131 ve materyalizme y\u00f6neli\u015f olarak ifade edebilece\u011fimiz bu d\u00f6nem d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda etkilere sebep olmu\u015ftur. Emperyalist bir anlay\u0131\u015f ile b\u00fcy\u00fcy\u00fcp geni\u015fleyen Avrupa devletleri siyasi prangalardan azade bir \u015fekilde bilim, teknoloji ve felsefe \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam etmi\u015f, zamanla bu sahalarda ilerleme kaydetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orta \u00e7a\u011f Avrupa i\u00e7in karanl\u0131k bir d\u00f6nemdir. Bu d\u00f6nemde \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015fi t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyay\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131tmakta, ilim M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n elinde ne\u015fv-\u00fc nema bulmaktayd\u0131. End\u00fcl\u00fcs\u2019ten, Irak\u2019tan, Hicaz\u2019dan akan ilim nehri s\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131madan b\u00fct\u00fcn cihana yay\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Ne var ki \u0130slam devletleri hem i\u00e7 hem d\u0131\u015f sorunlarla siyasi \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fcklerini kaybetmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu siyasi ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k pe\u015fi s\u0131ra ilmi sahada da M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n zay\u0131flamas\u0131na neden oldu. Di\u011fer taraftan R\u00f6nesans ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan dine ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131 s\u00fcreci, felsefe ve bilimin metafizi\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 bir m\u0131zrak olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na neden oldu. Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011funun y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ise bu s\u00fcreci h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fte t\u00fcm bu geli\u015fmelerle beraber dinin bilime z\u0131t oldu\u011fu, inanc\u0131n epistemolojik bir ger\u00e7ekli\u011finin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri g\u00fc\u00e7 kazanm\u0131\u015f ve yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130slami ilimlerdeki durgunluk ve fetret devri de bu geli\u015fmelere cevap \u00fcretebilme imkan\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sanayi devrimi, teknolojik geli\u015fmelerle beraber \u0130slami ilimler sahas\u0131nda art\u0131k \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131 \u015fart olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tefsir, f\u0131k\u0131h gibi sahalarda \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 olsa da en b\u00fcy\u00fck geli\u015fmeler kelam ve akait ilimlerinde olmu\u015ftur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc dine ve inanca sava\u015f a\u00e7an bir d\u00fcnya ile ancak kelam ilminin m\u00fccadele edebilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu sebeple kelam\u0131n \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 neticesinde ortaya Yeni \u0130lmi Kelam ad\u0131 verilen bir ak\u0131m ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ak\u0131m \u00e7ok kolay bir \u015fekilde benimsenmi\u015f ve \u0130slam alimleri taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Ak\u0131m\u0131n \u00fclkemizdeki en \u00f6nemli temsilcisi \u0130zmirli \u0130smail Hakk\u0131\u2019d\u0131r. \u00d6ncelikle Yeni \u0130lmi Kelam ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n vizyonundan bahsedebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni \u0130lmi Kelam, kelam ilmini g\u00fcncellemek ve \u00e7a\u011fa uygun hale getirmek amac\u0131na matuf olarak hareket etmektedir. Bu noktada pozitif bilimlerden g\u00fcncel felsefe \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kadar referans sahas\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmekte ve \u0130slam inan\u00e7 esaslar\u0131n\u0131 en makul \u015fekilde temellendirebilmeyi hedeflemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zmirli \u0130smail Hakk\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Yeni \u0130lmi Kelam isimli eseri de i\u015fte bu gayeye matuf olarak kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Eserimiz tamamlanmam\u0131\u015f bir kitapt\u0131r. M\u00fcellifimiz, eserini planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fekilde itmam edememi\u015f ve ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm taslak olarak kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zmirli \u0130smail Hakk\u0131, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte Fahreddin Razi\u2019nin (\u00f6. 606\/1210) yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu gibi kelam ve felsefenin aras\u0131n\u0131 bulmak istemi\u015f, kelami arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131 felsefi \u00f6nermelerle desteklemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Nitekim kimi zaman delillendirmelerini sadece filozoflar\u0131n s\u00f6zleri ile yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Pozitif bilimden yararlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Eserin kurgusu klasik kitaplardan farkl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Sistematik kelama g\u00f6re dizayn edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00fcellifimizin gayesi M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ve \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7lerin kalplerini kirleten modern efsanelerden ar\u0131nd\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Materyalist anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n buland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 zihinleri a\u00e7mak ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanan inan\u00e7 olgusunu hak etti\u011fi yere ula\u015ft\u0131rmakt\u0131r.
