Bu eserden \u00f6nce yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f toplamda d\u00f6rt kitap bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte Bela\u011fat\u00fc\u2019s-Safiye bu kitaplar\u0131n sonuncusu ve en \u00f6z olan\u0131d\u0131r diyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bela\u011fat\u00fc\u2019s-Safiye\u2019yi ortaya \u00e7\u0131karan ilk eser Yusuf es-Sekkaki\u2019nin (\u00f6. 626\/1229) Miftahu\u2019l-Ulum\u2019udur. Daha sonra Hatip el-Kazvini (\u00f6. 739\/1338) Miftahu\u2019l-Ulum\u2019a, Telh\u0131s\u00fc\u2019l-Miftah isminde \u015ferh yazar. Taftazani (\u00f6. 792\/1390) de Telh\u0131su\u2019l-Miftah\u2019\u0131 \u00f6nce mutavvel \u015fekilde \u015ferh eder sonra bu \u015ferhini Muhtasaru\u2019l-Meani ismiyle ihtisar eder. Ard\u0131ndan Bedah\u015fani Muhtasaru\u2019l-Meani \u00fczerinde bir tezhip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yapar ve ortaya Bela\u011fat\u00fc\u2019s-Safiye isimli eserimiz \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ana metnimizden k\u0131saca bahsedecek olursak, Miftahu\u2019l-Ulum sahan\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7an yap\u0131tlardan bir tanesidir. Esas\u0131ndan tamam\u0131yla belagat ilmine ayr\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7 b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fan eser sarf, nahiv ve belagat ilimlerini \u00fc\u00e7 ayr\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131kta ele almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130lk b\u00f6l\u00fcm sarf ilmine ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sarf\u0131n tarihi, \u00f6nemi, mahiyeti gibi konular burada i\u015flenmektedir. \u0130kinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm nahiv ilmine ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine burada nahvin tan\u0131m\u0131 ve mahiyeti ile beraber ilmin sac ayaklar\u0131 ele al\u0131n\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6l\u00fcm ise beyan, bedii, meani ilimlerinin de dahil edildi\u011fi \u015fekilde belagat ilminden bahsetmektedir. Eserin Hatip Kazvini\u2019ye ait olan ilk \u015ferhi i\u015fte bu \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6l\u00fcm \u00fczerine yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taftazani ise Kazvini\u2019nin \u015ferhi olan Telh\u0131su\u2019l-Miftah\u2019\u0131 ele alarak hacimli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sonralar\u0131 eserinin fazla detayl\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek, ihtisar etmi\u015f ve ortaya Muhtasaru\u2019l-Meani\u2019yi \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Muhammed Envar Bedah\u015fani\u2019ye ait olan el-Bela\u011fat\u00fc\u2019s-Safiye i\u015fte bu eserin tehzib \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle bu \u015ferh ve ihtisar silsilesine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan eserlerin sistematik a\u00e7\u0131dan farkl\u0131 bir yap\u0131ya sahip olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Yani t\u0131pk\u0131 Yusuf Sekkaki\u2019nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi t\u00fcm eserler beyan, bedii ve meani \u015feklinde konular\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00f6l\u00fcmde alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u00c7e\u015fitli \u00f6rneklendirmeler, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ve ihtilaf eklemek suretiyle konuyu detayland\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve daha hacimli hale getirmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bela\u011fat\u00fc\u2019s-Safiye ise Muhtasaru\u2019l-Meani\u2019yi pek \u00e7ok y\u00f6nden ele alarak hem ihtisar etmi\u015f hem de kolay okunabilir bir forma kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin yeni ba\u015fl\u0131kland\u0131rmalarda bulunmu\u015ftur ki konuyu iyi hazmedebilmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir tasarruftur. C\u00fcmleler yeniden ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve en uygun \u015fekilde ifade edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine beyan, bedii ve meani \u015feklinde belagat ilminin \u00fc\u00e7 temel sac aya\u011f\u0131 baza al\u0131narak eser kurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belagat\u00fc\u2019s-Safiye gerek sistemati\u011fi, gerek \u00fcslubu ve gerekse konular\u0131 i\u015fleyi\u015f bi\u00e7imi ile tam anlam\u0131yla bir ders kitab\u0131d\u0131r.
