Zira tedvin noktas\u0131nda hayli geciken tefsir ilmine can suyu vermi\u015f, gelecek nesillerin selefin ilmini \u00f6\u011frenebilmesi ad\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hizmeti hayata ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Camiu\u2019l-Beyan\u2019dan ayr\u0131lan en \u00f6nemli taraf\u0131 selefin t\u00fcm rivayetlerine yer vermemesidir. \u0130bni Kesir adeta rivayet havuzundan muteber olanlar\u0131 ve talebelerin \u00f6\u011frenmeye en fazla ihtiya\u00e7 duyacaklar\u0131 bilgileri alm\u0131\u015f, eserini bu temel \u00fczerine in\u015fa etmi\u015ftir. Di\u011fer taraftan eserin hemen giri\u015finde yer alan ve k\u0131sa bir tefsir usul\u00fc olan mukaddime de son derece m\u00fchimdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tefsiru\u2019l-Kurani\u2019l-Azim bir rivayet tefsiridir. Kuran\u2019\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn surelerini tefsir etmekte ve sure dizinine de uymaktad\u0131r. Yani zaman\u0131n\u0131n kimi tefsir alimleri gibi ne Kuran\u2019\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ele almakta ne de surelerin n\u00fczul s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re tefsir yapmaktad\u0131r. \u0130bni Kesir ise b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131m sergileyerek ilk ayetten son ayete kadar ilerlemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eafii mezhebinden olan \u0130bni Kesir, tefsirinin ilgili yerlerinde f\u0131khi meselelere de de\u011finmi\u015ftir. A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak \u015eafii mezhebinin h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini tercih etmese de kimi zaman di\u011fer mezheplerin de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini serdetmi\u015f, ard\u0131ndan hakl\u0131l\u0131k pay\u0131n\u0131n olabilece\u011fini dile getirmi\u015ftir. Bu \u015fekilde mezhebi bir taassup i\u00e7inde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat \u015eia ve onun gibi radikal e\u011filim g\u00f6steren sapk\u0131n f\u0131rkalara \u015fiddetle kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, a\u00e7\u0131k bir butlan i\u00e7inde bulunduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130bni Kesir\u2019i di\u011fer tefsirlerden ay\u0131ran di\u011fer bir nokta ise \u00e7ok se\u00e7ici olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Muhtelif tefsirlerde yer alan uydurma haberler, hikayeler, \u0130srailiyyat t\u00fcr\u00fcnden malumatlar bu tefsirde \u00e7ok azd\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca ayetlerin anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmayan daha \u00e7ok kafa kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere ve rivayetlere de yer verilmemi\u015ftir. Ayetlerin anlamak maksadullah\u0131 anlamak oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u0130bni Kesir \u00fcst\u00fcn bir titizlik ve bariz bir ilmi derinlik ile tefsirini kaleme alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kimi noktalarda irab ve dil sanatlar\u0131n\u0131 izah ederek, Kuran\u2019\u0131n icaz y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc de g\u00f6stermek istemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130slam tarihi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00fczerinde en fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lan tefsirlerden bir tanesidir.
