Kimi zaman f\u0131rka-i naciye, taife-i mens\u00fbra ve sev\u00e2d-\u0131 azam kullan\u0131mlar\u0131yla ifade edilen kavram, temelde akaid sahas\u0131na ait olsa da umum\u00ee manada sahih \u0130slam\u2019la m\u00fcteradif olacak kadar geni\u015f. \u00d6nce terkipteki s\u00fcnnet ve cemaat s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerinin l\u00fcgat ve \u0131st\u0131lah anlamlar\u0131n\u0131, ard\u0131ndan hadislerde ve selefte s\u00fcnnet ve cemaat vurgusunu, son olarak ehl-i s\u00fcnnet ve\u2019l-cemaat aidiyetinin kavramsal do\u011fu\u015f s\u00fcrecini g\u00f6relim. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"Sunnet_ve_Cemaatin_Lugat_ve_Istilah_Karsiliklari\"><strong>S\u00fcnnet ve Cemaatin L\u00fcgat ve Ist\u0131lah Kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcnnet, iyi ya da \u00e7irkin olsun yol ve gidi\u015fat anlam\u0131na gelir. \u0130bni F\u00e2ris, Arap\u00e7ada sin ve nun asl\u0131n\u0131n \u201cbir \u015feyin kolay ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve s\u00fcrmesini\u201d ifade etti\u011fini, Senn asl\u0131ndan t\u00fcreyen s\u00fcnnet s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn de s\u00eeret anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yler. Bu bak\u0131mdan mesela Hz. Peygamberin s\u00fcnneti terkibi, onun hayat s\u00fcreci, ki\u015fisel gidi\u015fat\u0131 demektir. (Mekay\u00ees\u00fc\u2019ll\u00fc\u011fa, 3\/60-61) Temel medl\u00fbl\u00fc bu olmakla birlikte bazen s\u00fcnnet kelimesi bir \u015feyi beyan etmenin yahut yerle\u015fik \u00e2detin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak da kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist\u0131lahta s\u00fcnnet, kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilime g\u00f6re birbirine yak\u0131n anlamlara gelir. Muhaddislere g\u00f6re s\u00fcnnet \u201cRisaletten \u00f6nce ya da sonra Peygamberimizin s\u00f6z\u00fc, fiili, takriri, beden\u00ee veya ahlak\u00ee \u00f6zellikleri ve ki\u015fisel ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir ki bu zaviyeden hadisle e\u015f anlaml\u0131d\u0131r. (es-S\u00fcnne ve Mek\u00e2net\u00fch\u00e2 fi\u2019t-Te\u015fr\u00ee, Siba\u00ee, 47)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usulc\u00fclerin dilinde s\u00fcnnet, Kur\u2019an\u2019da a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ge\u00e7meyen konularda Peygamberimizden nakledilen esaslard\u0131r ki bunlar\u0131n \u00f6ncelikli amac\u0131 Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 beyan etmektir. (el-M\u00fcvafak\u00e2t, \u015eat\u0131b\u00ee, 4\/47) Fakihlere g\u00f6re ise, farz ya da vacip olmaks\u0131z\u0131n Peygamberimiz taraf\u0131ndan bildirilen y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerdir. (\u0130r\u015f\u00e2d\u00fc\u2019l-Fuh\u00fbl, \u015eevkan\u00ee, 31)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temelde bir itikad kavram\u0131 olarak s\u00fcnnet ise biri as\u0131l ve k\u00fcll\u00ee, di\u011feri bunun feri olan iki anlamda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130lki \u201cPeygamberin ilim, amel ve hidayet yolu; onun getirdi\u011fi her \u015feydir.\u201d B\u00f6ylesi umum\u00ee manada s\u00fcnnet, \u015feriat ve dinin m\u00fcradifidir. \u0130bni Teymiye der ki: \u201cS\u00fcnnet \u015feriatt\u0131r; Allah ve Ras\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn din olarak koydu\u011fu her \u015feydir.\u201d (Mecm\u00fbu\u2019l-Fet\u00e2v\u00e2, 4\/436) \u0130kinci kullan\u0131mda s\u00fcnnet denince \u201cKitap ve S\u00fcnnetle sabit olan sahih itikat\u201d kastedilir. \u0130bni Recep der ki: \u201cSonraki d\u00f6nem \u00e2limlerinin \u00e7o\u011fu s\u00fcnneti itikat alan\u0131na tahsis eder. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o dinin asl\u0131d\u0131r. Ona muhalif duran b\u00fcy\u00fck tehlikede demektir.\u201d (C\u00e2miu\u2019l-Ul\u00fbm ve\u2019l-H\u0131kem, 2\/120)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cemaat ise malum oldu\u011fu \u00fczere, masdar ismi olarak toplanma manas\u0131n\u0131 ifade etse de hakikat-i \u00f6rfiye yoluyla toplanan insanlara kullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130cma da ittifak ve ortak h\u00fck\u00fcm anlam\u0131yla ayn\u0131 s\u00f6zc\u00fckten t\u00fcrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist\u0131lah\u00ee olarak cemaat \u0130bni Hacer\u2019in \u0130mam Taber\u00ee\u2019ye dayand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fle \u015fu anlamlarda kullan\u0131l\u0131r: \u0130slam \u00fcmmetinin kah\u0131r ekseriyeti (sevad-\u0131 azam), f\u0131rka-\u0131 naciyeye tabi olan m\u00fcctehid imamlar, husus\u00ee manada sahabe-i kiram, \u015fer\u00ee bir idarecinin emri alt\u0131nda toplananlar. (Fethu\u2019l-B\u00e2r\u00ee, 13\/37) \u015eat\u0131b\u00ee bunlara be\u015finci olarak ehl-i \u0130slam anlam\u0131n\u0131 ekler. (el-\u0130tis\u00e2m, 2\/263) Hemen ilave edelim, cemaatin \u00f6nemini anlatan, ondan ayr\u0131lanlar\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcrle e\u015fde\u011fer g\u00f6ren hadislerde cemaatle kastedilen \u015fey, \u00e2limlerin farkl\u0131 yorumlar\u0131na g\u00f6re bu anlamlardan biridir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cemaatin s\u00f6z konusu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 iki noktada toplayabiliriz: Birinci a\u00e7\u0131dan demek oluyor ki cemaat, hak ehlinin Peygamber ve sahabeye uyup bidat\u0131 terk etmesidir. Bu ilm\u00ee a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 tariftir. Bu yolda olanlar\u0131n az\u0131nl\u0131kta olmas\u0131 cemaat vasf\u0131na zarar vermez. \u0130bni Mesud der ki \u201ccemaat, tek ba\u015f\u0131na olsa da Allah\u2019a itaati ba\u015farand\u0131r.\u201d (\u015eerhu Us\u00fbli \u0130tik\u00e2di Ehli\u2019s-S\u00fcnne ve\u2019l-Cemaah, L\u00e2lek\u00e2\u00ee, 1\/109) \u0130kinci olarak me\u015fru \u015fekilde bir idarecinin h\u00fckm\u00fc alt\u0131nda toplanand\u0131r. Ne bu cemaatten ayr\u0131lmak ne ba\u015flar\u0131ndaki em\u00eere biatten geri durmak ve ona kar\u015f\u0131 ayaklanmak haramd\u0131r. Bu da kavram\u0131n siyas\u00ee \u00e7er\u00e7evesidir ki s\u00f6z konusu i\u00e7eri\u011fi bir\u00e7ok \u015fer\u00ee nas desteklemektedir. Taber\u00ee ve Kad\u0131 \u0130bn\u00fc\u2019l-Arab\u00ee gibi baz\u0131 \u00e2limler cemaatin bu anlam\u0131n\u0131 tercih ederler. (\u00c2r\u0131zat\u00fc\u2019l-Ahvez\u00ee, \u0130bn\u00fc\u2019l-Arab\u00ee 9\/10; Fethu\u2019l-B\u00e2r\u00ee, \u0130bni Hacer 13\/37)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"Hadislerde_ve_Selefte_Sunnet-Cemaat_Vurgusu\"><strong>Hadislerde ve Selefte S\u00fcnnet-Cemaat Vurgusu<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Terkip \u015feklinde hicri ikinci asr\u0131n sonlar\u0131nda kavramsalla\u015fmaya ba\u015flayan s\u00fcnnet ve cemaatin \u00f6nemi, ku\u015fkusuz Peygamberimizin ilgili hadislerine dayan\u0131r. \u00d6ne \u00e7\u0131kan birka\u00e7\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r: \u201cDikkat edin! Sizden \u00f6nceki ehl-i kitap yetmi\u015f iki millete ayr\u0131ld\u0131. Bu millet de yetmi\u015f \u00fc\u00e7e b\u00f6l\u00fcnecek. Yetmi\u015f ikisi ate\u015fte, biri cennettedir ki o da cemaattir.\u201d (Ebu Davud, H\u00e2kim) Buna yak\u0131n ba\u015fka bir hadis \u015f\u00f6yledir: \u201c\u00dcmmetim yetmi\u015f \u00fc\u00e7 millete b\u00f6l\u00fcnecek. Biri hari\u00e7 hepsi ate\u015ftedir.\u201d Bunun \u00fczerinde sahabeler \u201ckimdir o bir grup?\u201d diye sorduklar\u0131nda Peygamberimiz \u201conlar benim ve ashab\u0131m\u0131n yolundan gidenlerdir\u201d buyurur. (Tirmizi)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcnnetin \u00f6nemini vurgulayan bir hadis: \u201cBenim ve benden sonra hidayet \u00f6nc\u00fcleri olan r\u00e2\u015fid halifelerimin s\u00fcnnetine uyun.\u201d (Ebu Davud, Tirmizi) cemaatin \u00f6nemini anlatan ba\u015fka hadis: \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n bana emretti\u011fi be\u015f hususu size emrediyorum: Birincisi cemaattir\u2026\u201d (Tirmizi, Ahmed) \u201cKim cemaatten bir kar\u0131\u015f ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olarak \u00f6l\u00fcrse, cahiliye \u00fczere \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.\u201d (Buhari, M\u00fcslim) \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n eli cemaatle beraberdir.\u201d (Tirmizi, Taberan\u00ee)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kavl-i Nebi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda selef \u00e2limlerinden nakledilenler, s\u00fcnnet ve cemaatin selefteki me\u015fruiyetini ispatlar. \u0130mam Malik\u2019e s\u00fcnnetten soruldu\u011funda \u201conun s\u00fcnnet d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir ismi yoktur\u201d demi\u015f ve \u015fu ayeti okumu\u015ftur: \u201c\u015e\u00fcphesiz bu, benim dosdo\u011fru yolumdur. Buna uyun. (Ba\u015fka) yollara uymay\u0131n. Zira o yollar sizi Allah&#8217;\u0131n yolundan ay\u0131r\u0131r.\u201d (Enam, 153; el-\u0130tis\u00e2m, \u015eat\u0131b\u00ee, 1\/58) Yine \u0130mam Malik\u2019e ehl-i s\u00fcnnetten soruldu\u011funda \u201cehl-i s\u00fcnnet, Cehm\u00eeler, Kader\u00eeler ve Raf\u0131z\u00eeler gibi, tan\u0131nacaklar\u0131 bir lakab\u0131 olmayanlard\u0131r.\u201d yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015ftir. (el-\u0130ntik\u00e2, \u0130bni Abdilberr, 35)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eyy\u00fcb es-Sahtiyan\u00ee der ki \u201cbir adam s\u00fcnnet ve cemaat sahibi ise, daha ba\u015fka bir \u015feyini sorma.\u201d (Tefs\u00eeru \u0130bni Kes\u00eer, 3\/162) Amr bin Kays el-Mela\u00ee \u201cbir gencin yeti\u015fme \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda ehl-i s\u00fcnnet ve\u2019l-cemaatle tak\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, onu art\u0131k kendi ba\u015f\u0131na b\u0131rakabilirsin.\u201d (e\u015f-\u015eerh ve\u2019l-\u0130b\u00e2ne, \u0130bni Batta, 133)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcnnet ve cemaatin \u00f6nemini belirten bu s\u00f6zler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda do\u011frudan terkip olarak onun tarifini yapanlar da vard\u0131r: \u201cEhl-i s\u00fcnnet ve\u2019l-cemaat, Allah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131 ve Ras\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn s\u00fcnnetine, ilk devir sahabe ve tabi\u00een \u00f6nc\u00fclerine; gerek ge\u00e7mi\u015fte gerek bug\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n imamlar\u0131na uyanlard\u0131r.\u201d (Tefs\u00eeru \u0130bni Kes\u00eer, 3\/434) S\u00fcfyan bin Uyeyne\u2019ye s\u00f6z konusu iki kavram\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 soruldu\u011funda \u015fu cevab\u0131 vermi\u015ftir: \u201cCemaat, Ebubekir ve \u00d6mer\u2019e biat hususunda Allah Ras\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn ashab\u0131n\u0131n birle\u015fmesidir. S\u00fcnnet ise zulmedip haks\u0131zl\u0131k da yapsalar idarecilere sabretmektir.\u201d (Me\u015fyehat\u00fc \u0130bni\u2019l-Hatt\u00e2b, 116)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"Ehl-i_Sunnet_vel-Cemaat_Isminin_Dogusu\"><strong>Ehl-i S\u00fcnnet ve\u2019l-Cemaat \u0130sminin Do\u011fu\u015fu<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u00e7eri\u011fi Hz. Peygamberden itibaren varoldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ehl-i s\u00fcnnet ve\u2019l-cemaatin ancak kavramsal olarak, m\u00fcstakil bir isimle ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan bahsedebiliriz. \u0130bni Teymiye bu noktay\u0131 g\u00fczel izah eder: \u201cEhl-i s\u00fcnnet ve\u2019l-cemaat, Allah\u2019\u0131n Ebu Hanife, Malik, \u015eafi\u00ee ve Ahmed\u2019i yaratmas\u0131ndan \u00f6nceye dayanan, bilinir bir mezheptir; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc o, sahabelerin Peygamberlerinden ald\u0131klar\u0131 hayat metodudur.\u201d (Minh\u00e2c\u00fc\u2019s-S\u00fcnne, 2\/482) \u0130lk d\u00f6nem M\u00fcsl\u00fcman zihninde kodlanm\u0131\u015f olan bu sahih \u0130slam\u00ee de\u011ferler, sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00e7\u0131kan siyas\u00ee \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalara e\u015flik eden fikr\u00ee tart\u0131\u015fmalarla zay\u0131flamaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Abdullah b. Sebe fitnesi, Hz. Osman\u2019\u0131n \u015fehid edilmesi, Hz. Ali ile Hz. Muaviye, \u0130bni Z\u00fcbeyr ile Abdulmelik aras\u0131nda ya\u015fananlar, ilk d\u00f6nem siyas\u00ee ve fikr\u00ee atmosferi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece belirleyici olmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ten itibaren Hariciye, Rafiziye, M\u00fcrcie, Kaderiye, Cehmiye, M\u00fc\u015febbihe ve M\u00fcmessile gibi sapk\u0131n f\u0131rkalar\u0131n do\u011fu\u015fu, bundan b\u00f6yle sahabenin saf din kabul\u00fcn\u00fc temsil edenlerin ehl-i s\u00fcnnet ve\u2019l-cemaat gibi \u00f6zel bir isim alt\u0131nda, belli itikad\u00ee k\u0131staslarla temeyy\u00fcz etmesini zaruri k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle hicri \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc asr\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131ndaki M\u0131hne Olaylar\u0131 ve Halku\u2019l-Kur\u2019\u00e2n tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla Ahmed b. Hanbel, ehl-i s\u00fcnnet ve\u2019l-cemaatin hem kavramsal hem pop\u00fclarite olarak g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesinde kilit rol oynar. \u0130bni S\u00eerin\u2019den nakledilen s\u00f6z ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fimi anlat\u0131yor: \u201c\u00d6nceleri \u00fcstatlar bir hadis (metni) nakledildi\u011finde, ayr\u0131ca isnad\u0131n\u0131 sormazlard\u0131. Ne zaman ki fitne ba\u015f g\u00f6sterdi, \u2018ravileriniz kim, s\u00f6yleyin\u201d demeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. B\u00f6ylelikle ehl-i s\u00fcnnet olan\u0131n hadisi al\u0131n\u0131r, ehl-i bidat olan\u0131nki b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r oldu.\u201d (Sah\u00eehu M\u00fcslim, mukaddime, 15)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demek oluyor ki ehl-i s\u00fcnnet ve\u2019l-cemaat, yekten m\u00fcstakil bir mezhep olarak de\u011fil, sapk\u0131n itikad\u00ee cereyanlara kar\u015f\u0131 bir tepki olarak, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n ana b\u00fcnyesini muhafaza saikiyle teess\u00fcs etmi\u015ftir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan d\u00f6nemin tart\u0131\u015fma mevzular\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 esaslar (\u00f6rn. s\u0131fatlar\u0131n tevili, istiva, Kuran\u2019\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131\u2026) de\u011fi\u015febilmekte ve ayn\u0131 zamanda ehl-i reyden ehl-i hadise kendi i\u00e7inde zenginlik bar\u0131nd\u0131rabilmektedir. Yine de ehl-i hadis ya da ehl-i eser denen selef\u00ee taifeden bir\u00e7ok \u00e2lim, tarihten g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze m\u00fctekellim ve fukah\u00e2n\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu ehl-i rey grubunu ehl-i s\u00fcnnet d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131kla su\u00e7laya gelmi\u015ftir. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan d\u00fcn oldu\u011fu bug\u00fcn de ehl-i s\u00fcnnet \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131r lafz\u00ee tart\u0131\u015fmalardan ve mezheb\u00ee-me\u015freb\u00ee aidiyetlerden y\u00fcksekte, ku\u015fat\u0131c\u0131 tutmakta fayda vard\u0131r; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc i\u015fin \u00f6z\u00fc helal r\u0131z\u0131k gibi gayet sade ve saf bir ya\u015fant\u0131da yatmaktad\u0131r.
