Sal\u00e2t ve Sel\u00e2m\u0131n en g\u00fczeli ise insanl\u0131\u011fa do\u011fru yolu g\u00f6steren, onlara hak ile b\u00e2t\u0131l\u0131 birbirinden ay\u0131ran m\u00eezan\u0131 \u00f6\u011freten hid\u00e2yet rehberi Efendimiz Muhammed Mustafa\u2019ya, onun \u00e2l ve ashab\u0131 ile onlar\u0131n yolundan giden m\u00fcctehid imamlara ve ittib\u00e2 ehli t\u00fcm m\u00fc\u2019minlerin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etb\u00e2\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar gelen m\u00fcctehid imamlar\u0131n ilki \u0130m\u00e2m Eb\u00fb Han\u00eefe Nu\u2019man b. S\u00e2bit (v.150) ile Hicret diy\u00e2r\u0131 Med\u00eene-i M\u00fcnevvere\u2019nin m\u00fcctehidi \u0130m\u00e2m M\u00e2lik b. Enes (v.179)\u2019in f\u0131kh\u00ee mezhebini tedv\u00een eden temel eserleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da \u00f6zet olarak serd edece\u011fiz. Z\u00e2hiru\u2019r-Riv\u00e2ye:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kitaplar s\u00e2hiplerinden m\u00fctev\u00e2tir ya da me\u015fh\u00fbr yollarla riv\u00e2yet edildi\u011fi i\u00e7in bu isimle an\u0131l\u0131rlar. Bu k\u0131s\u0131mdaki 6 eser de \u0130m\u00e2m Muhammed (v.189) rahimahullah\u2019a \u00e2ittir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- Kit\u00e2bu\u2019l-Asl\/el-Mebs\u00fbt: Mezhebin en temel kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. \u015e\u00e2fi\u00eeler i\u00e7in el-\u00dcmm\u2019\u00fcn, M\u00e2lik\u00eeler i\u00e7in el-M\u00fcdevvene\u2019nin konumu ne ise el-Asl\u2019\u0131n da Hanef\u00ee mezhebindeki yeri odur. Ebu\u2019l-Vef\u00e2 el-Af\u011f\u00e2n\u00ee bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc 5 cild olarak tahk\u00eek etmi\u015ftir. Eserin bir\u00e7ok \u015ferhi bulunmakla birlikte en me\u015fhurlar\u0131 el-Hadd\u00e2d\u00ee (v.800)\u2019nin el-Cevheratu\u2019n-Neyyira\u2019s\u0131 ile Abdul\u011fan\u00ee el-\u011euneym\u00ee (v.1298\/1881)\u2019nin el-L\u00fcb\u00e2b isimli \u015ferhidir.&nbsp; Burh\u00e2nedd\u00een el-Mer\u011fin\u00e2n\u00ee (v.593\/1197),&nbsp; me\u015fh\u00fbr eseri el-Hid\u00e2ye\u2019nin metni olan Bid\u00e2yetu\u2019l-M\u00fcbtedi\u2019yi Kud\u00fbr\u00ee\u2019nin el-Muhtasar\u2019\u0131 ile \u0130m\u00e2m Muhammed\u2019in el-C\u00e2miu\u2019s-Sa\u011f\u00eer\u2019indeki meseleleri bir araya getirmek s\u00fbretiyle te\u2019lif etmi\u015ftir. Ebu\u2019l-Leys es-Semarkand\u00ee\u2019nin bey\u00e2n etti\u011fi \u00fczere kitab\u0131n asl\u0131nda \u0130m\u00e2m Muhammed\u2019in sar\u00e2haten K\u0131y\u00e2s ve istihs\u00e2n\u0131 zikretti\u011fi 3 mesele vard\u0131r. Birinde k\u0131y\u00e2s, di\u011ferinde istihs\u00e2n, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fcnde ise her ikisi birlikte zikredilmi\u015ftir. M\u00e2ze el-Buh\u00e2r\u00ee (v.536\/1141)\u2019nin iki \u015ferhinden muhtasar olan\u0131d\u0131r ve el-C\u00e2miu\u2019s-Sa\u011f\u00eer\u2019in b\u00fct\u00fcn meselelerini ihtiv\u00e2 etmemektedir. Sal\u00e2h Avv\u00e2d el-Kubeys\u00ee, Humeyyis ez-Zevba\u00ee ve H\u00e2tim Abdullah el-\u00ces\u00e2v\u00ee taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen tahk\u00eeki geni\u015f bir mukaddimeyle birlikte bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r[19]. Ancak muhakkikler \u015f\u00e2rihin bir k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck di\u011fer b\u00fcy\u00fck iki \u015ferhi oldu\u011funun fark\u0131na varmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. B\u00fcy\u00fck \u015ferhi ise maht\u00fbt haldedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matb\u00fb olan ikinci \u015ferh ise \u0130m\u00e2m Leknev\u00ee (1304\/1886)\u2019ye \u00e2ittir. el-Leknev\u00ee bu eserinin ba\u015f\u0131nda \u2018en-N\u00e2fi\u2019u\u2019l-Keb\u00eer limen Yut\u00e2li\u2019u\u2019l-Cami\u2019a\u2019s-Sa\u011f\u00eer\u2019 ismiyle son derece faydal\u0131 \u015f\u00e2h\u00e2ne bir mukaddime yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. el-C\u00e2miu\u2019s-Sa\u011f\u00eer ilk kez bu \u015ferh ile ber\u00e2ber 1291\/1874\u2019de Leknev\u2019de Matbaa-i Mustaf\u00e2\u00ee\u2019de bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kara\u00e7i, \u0130d\u00e2retu\u2019l-Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019da 1990\u2019da yap\u0131lan son bask\u0131s\u0131nda Mukaddime 61 sayfa, kitab\u0131n tam\u00e2m\u0131 ise 541 sayfad\u0131r. Bu mukaddime el-Leknev\u00ee\u2019nin ris\u00e2leleri aras\u0131nda m\u00fcstakil olarak da bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Daha sonra 1302\/1885 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bolak, el-Matbaatu\u2019l-M\u00eeriyye\u2019de \u0130m\u00e2m Eb\u00fb Y\u00fbs\u00fbf\u2019un Kit\u00e2bu\u2019l-Har\u00e2c\u2019\u0131n\u0131n h\u00e2mi\u015finde bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
