Kimi yabanc\u0131 ve yerli oryantalistlerin spek\u00fcle etti\u011fi \u00fczere, bu durum s\u00fcnnetin korunmas\u0131nda bir kopukluk veya bir kay\u0131p halka bulundu\u011fu vehmini uyand\u0131rmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu yaz\u0131da \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131yla tedvini ve daha \u00f6zelde hadislerin korunmas\u0131na g\u00f6sterilen kesintisiz ilgiyi g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esas konuya ge\u00e7meden evvel Kuran\u2019\u0131n cem ve istinsah\u0131na dair birka\u00e7 bilgi aktaral\u0131m. Kuran, Aleyhissaletu vesselam Efendimiz d\u00f6neminde bizzat onun emriyle yazd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, fakat cem edilmemi\u015fti. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc vahyin ne zaman kesilece\u011fi bilinmiyordu. Kuran Hz. Ebu Bekir d\u00f6neminde, Hz. \u00d6mer\u2019in bir ayeti sormas\u0131 ve o ayeti bilen sahabenin Yemame\u2019de \u015fehit edilmesi cevab\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Kuran\u2019\u0131n cemine Hz. Ebu Bekir\u2019i ikna etmesiyle ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Cem olunan bu Kuran\u2019a Abdullah bin Mes\u2019ud\u2019un teklifiyle \u201cMushaf\u201d ad\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir. Bu Mushaf Hz. Osman d\u00f6neminde n\u00fcshala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p baz\u0131 beldelere g\u00f6nderilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u0131l konumuz olan hadislerin tedvini mana itibariyle k\u0131smen Aleyhissalet\u00fc vesselam Efendimiz d\u00f6nemini de i\u00e7ine almaktad\u0131r. \u0130lk alt ba\u015fl\u0131k olarak Efendimiz d\u00f6nemindeki tedvin k\u0131sm\u0131nda bunu k\u0131saca izah edece\u011fiz. Bir araya getirmek, toplamak manas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren tedvini Efendimiz d\u00f6neminde hususi tedvin, sonraki d\u00f6nemde ise resmi tedvin olarak k\u0131s\u0131mland\u0131rabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span id=\"Hususi_Tedvin\"><strong>Hususi Tedvin<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"A_Efendimiz_doneminde_hadislerin_tedvini\"><strong>A) Efendimiz d\u00f6neminde hadislerin tedvini<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Efendimiz d\u00f6neminde hadisleri ashab\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n yazmakla, \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun ise ezberlemek suretiyle muhafaza etti\u011fini mutekaddiminin eserlerinden \u00f6\u011frenmekteyiz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc zihinlerin pakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fifahen aktar\u0131lan \u015feyleri sad\u0131rlarda tutmakta zorlanm\u0131yordu. Asl\u0131nda Efendimiz d\u00f6neminde hadis yaz\u0131m\u0131 yoluyla sahifelerini olu\u015fturan sahabiler bir bak\u0131ma tedvin yapm\u0131\u015f oluyorlard\u0131. Lakin kendi hadislerini yaz\u0131p bir araya toplayan sahabiler di\u011fer sahabilerin hadislerini toplay\u0131p yazmalar\u0131 bir an olsun zihinlerinden ge\u00e7medi\u011finden tam bir tedvin s\u00f6z konusu olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna ra\u011fmen kendi hadislerini toplay\u0131p yazmalar\u0131 da bir bak\u0131ma tedvindir. Kald\u0131 ki sonraki d\u00f6nemler i\u00e7in hadislerin en sahih muhafazas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelen yaz\u0131ya ge\u00e7irme, sahabe nesli i\u00e7in bizzat hadisi h\u0131fzetmekten daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir yol de\u011fildir. Her kim benden (i\u015fittiklerinde) Kuran\u2019dan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey yazm\u0131\u015fsa, onu imha etsin. (Benim hadislerimi) benden aktarman\u0131z da ise bir beis yoktur.\u201d (M\u00fcslim, Z\u00fchd ve rek\u00e2ik bab\u0131)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu hadisi ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda filhakika \u015funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz: Efendimiz aleyhisselam kendisinden aktar\u0131lan \u015feylerin Kuran ile kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 korkusundan dolay\u0131 bu nehyi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sahabe ka\u011f\u0131tlar\u0131n az olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 Kuran ayetlerini yazd\u0131klar\u0131 ka\u011f\u0131tlara hadisleri yaz\u0131nca Efendimiz Kuran ile kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan korkmu\u015f ve bunu nehyetmi\u015ftir. Biz de \u2018senden i\u015fitti\u011fimiz hadislerdir\u2019 dedik. Ras\u00fclullah bunun \u00fczerine \u2018Allah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir kitap m\u0131 istiyorsunuz? Sizden \u00f6nceki \u00fcmmetler Allah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131yla birlikte ba\u015fka kitaplar\u0131 yazmalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 sap\u0131tt\u0131\u2019 diye buyurdu.\u201d (Ahmet bin Hanbel farkl\u0131 laf\u0131zlarla aktar\u0131r.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kadar\u0131yla burada da Efendimiz aleyhisselam cahiliye d\u00f6neminden yeni \u00e7\u0131kan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n eski \u00fcmmetler gibi ba\u015fka kitaplar edinmelerinden endi\u015fe etmi\u015ftir. Zann\u0131mca \u015funu da ekleyebiliriz: O d\u00f6nemin M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 hen\u00fcz yaz\u0131y\u0131 ve dili iyi bilmediklerinden dolay\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu yasak getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeri gelmi\u015fken Hz. Yemenli Ebu \u015eah ad\u0131ndaki adam kalk\u0131p \u015f\u00f6yle dedi. \u2018Ey Allah\u2019\u0131n Ras\u00fcl\u00fc! K\u0131smen M\u00fcsned-i Ahmed i\u00e7inde yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span id=\"B_Sahabe_Doneminde_Hadislerin_Tedvini\"><strong>B) Sahabe D\u00f6neminde Hadislerin Tedvini<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hazreti Peygamber aleyhisselam\u0131n terk-i d\u00fcnya etmesinden sonra dinin tebli\u011fi ve insanlar\u0131n ir\u015fad\u0131 kendilerine kalan sahabe radiyallah\u00fc anhum hadisleri yaz\u0131p ba\u015fkalar\u0131na g\u00f6ndererek veya \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131 pazarda insanlara \u015fifahi \u015fekilde aktararak bu sorumluluklar\u0131 yerine getiriyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span id=\"Resmi_Tedvin\"><strong>Resmi Tedvin<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hadis uydurmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek ve gelecek nesillere hadislerin s\u0131hhatli bir \u015fekilde ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in hadisleri toplama faaliyeti ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130bni \u015eihab ez-Z\u00fchri tedvin i\u015fini ilk \u00fcstlenen ki\u015fidir. \u015eu s\u00f6z kendisine aittir: \u201cBenim tedvinimden \u00f6nce hi\u00e7bir kimse bu ilmi toplamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Benden sonra bu ilimde tedvin ve tasnif \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131. Bilmeyen b\u00f6ylelikle \u00f6\u011frensin. Zira ilim gizli kalmad\u0131k\u00e7a yok olmaz.\u201d (Buhari, Kit\u00e2bet\u00fc\u2019l-ilim)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130mam Z\u00fchri\u2019nin resmi tedvini d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, onun \u00f6ncesinde daha c\u00fczi hadis derlemeleri mevcuttu elbette. Said bin C\u00fcbeyr\u2019in (h.95) \u0130bni Abbas\u2019tan yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir\u00e7ok sahife, ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde tabiinin b\u00fcy\u00fcklerinden Hasan el-Basri\u2019nin ve Amir bin \u015eur\u00e2hil\u2019in (h.103) kitaplar\u0131 bunlara \u00f6rnektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn bu resmi ve daha c\u00fczi s\u00fcnneti toplama gayretleri sonucunda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki alanlarda tasnif ve telifler yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00fcsnedler:<\/strong> Hadislerin konular\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n sahabenin ismine g\u00f6re telif edilmi\u015f eserlerdir. Bu alanda ilk telif edilen kitap Ebu Davud et-Tayalisi\u2019nin (h.204) m\u00fcsnedidir. Hen\u00fcz matbu olmayan eser, toplam 2767 hadis ihtiva etmektedir. Her ne kadar ilk eser bu olsa da, alan\u0131n en me\u015fhur telifi Ahmet bin Hanbel\u2019in (h.241) m\u00fcsnedidir. 700\u2019den fazla sahabiden yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 bin hadis ihtiva eden eser, \u015f\u00fck\u00fcrler olsun ki, matbudur. Allah, Ahmed bin Hanbel\u2019den raz\u0131 olsun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mu\u2019cemler:<\/strong> Sahabe, \u015fuy\u00fbh veya beldelere g\u00f6re \u00e7o\u011fu kere alfabetik s\u0131ralamaya g\u00f6re telif edilen hadis eserleridir. Mu\u2019cem denince akla ilk olarak Taberani\u2019nin Mu\u2019cem\u00fc\u2019s sel\u00e2sesi gelir: Mu\u2019cemu\u2019l-Kebir, Mu\u2019cemu\u2019l-Evsad ve Mu\u2019cemu\u2019s-Sa\u011fir. Mu\u2019cemu\u2019l-Kebir sahabenin ismine g\u00f6re, Mu\u2019cemu\u2019l-Evsad hadis \u015feyhlerinin isimlerine g\u00f6re, Mu\u2019cemu\u2019s-Sa\u011fir ise hocalar\u0131n\u0131n birer hadisine g\u00f6re alfabetik olarak telif etmi\u015f oldu\u011fu eserlerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00fcnenler:<\/strong> F\u0131k\u0131h baplar\u0131na g\u00f6re tasnif edilmi\u015f, ahk\u00e2m hadislerini ihtiva eden, mevkuf ve makdu hadis olmayan eserlerdir. Bu alanda bir\u00e7ok eser mevcut. Birka\u00e7 tane zikretmemiz k\u00e2fi gelecektir. Ebu Davud\u2019un, Nesai\u2019nin, Darimi\u2019nin, Darakutni\u2019nin ve Beyhaki\u2019nin s\u00fcnenleri\u2026 Bu eserler de matbudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Musannefler: <\/strong>Hadisleri konular\u0131na g\u00f6re ihtiva eden hadis kitaplar\u0131d\u0131r.
